Hi Rob, After working with you on the phone about the product, we were hoping you would change your review. The item you purchased, a PVB will leak out of the top if you have an issue with your system. So the item did the right thing! Still hoping you will change your review.

“The packaging was excellent. It was double boxed with corner bumpers separating each box and protecting the Rinnai heater. I wasn't happy on the delivery time. It took several weeks from the time I placed the order to when I received it. In fact, I contacted the company to inquire about the delay and sure enough it magically shipped later that day.”

James, thank you for letting us know you have not received your order. It looks like it is out for delivery today and was weather delayed in the east. Reviews are usually collected after you receive an item, however you can always reuse the same link to update your review after receiving the product. I apologize for the delay and confusion. Let us know if you need anything or have issues receiving your order today. - Jan, 855-424-4376
