“My order was damaged in route and the FedEx decided to return the damaged package. After that, you simply just canceled my order and.refund. This indicates that you don’t want me as a customer. Very bad!”

Helpful Report

“Great price and fast shipping! Exactly what I wanted and delivers in a couple days.”

Helpful Report

“The sprinklers I ordered arrived as only the sprinkler heads, not the whole assembly which was pictured when I ordered it. While the customer service person I emailed with was very good at communicating with me, I was not notified of the delivery of part of my order nor did I receive notification of my initial order until I asked for it. I was left twice in the process wondering if my order had been received and wondering when it would arrive.”
