“First off the box that it was shipped in should have been put in a stronger outer box. Those boxes are not made to ship they are made to take the product home from a store. There was a big hole in the box and one of the fittings that I ordered was missing. Must have fallen through the hole in transport. I am still debating on whether I will return this since I am not even sure it works. I’m not going through the trouble of hooking it up and then it doesn’t work”

“This place is a joke. They do not print their return policies on their packing slips or invoices. Then when you try to return product they tell you that you should have read their return policies before ordering. They do not even warn you of these policies when ordering. This is no way to do business!!!”

“The sprinklers were sent without nozzels. Can't use sprinklers without nozzels.”

“Shipping was as promised, run very quiet. Installing was a snap. Can not program for daily operations. Followed instruction step by step and shows it programmed but Will not turn sprinklers on. Work fine on manual so I know valves are receiving power from control.”
