“Unfortunately, I dropped one of the sprays and it broke. Can you tell me how to return or exchange it? Also, the on/off toggle is very fragile and needs to be re-engineered. My direct phone number is 559/561-3545. James Lewis Three Rivers, CA 93271”

“Not only did my boiler arrive in record time [less than 3 days after purchase] It was a major saving when compared to a big box store or any other online vendor. When checking with the manufacturer "Rinnai" as to the warranty status standing with this vendor I was assured that Big Frog is an accredited seller of their products. And most importantly my new tankless water heater works perfectly! Fantastic Price! Ultra quick delivery! Warranty covered! Working Beautifully!”
