“When I received my pump assembly I went to open the lid of the tub. One of the bolts would not come out as the nut it threaded into was turning within the tub housing. I called in right away to ask what to do. I was told that they would get right back with me. I received an email saying a case had been started and that I could track it by clicking on a link. When I did, it asked for a password that I had never been assigned. Long story short. Several days went by and I had to install the unit in a customers home damaged. I was never contacted back so I called in and they told me I would have to get help from the manufacturer. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. My customer is very unhappy and I’m not sure what to do at this point.”

“The Falcon 6504 sprinkler has gone up in price significantly over the past few years. Frog Supply has had the best price out there. The service is good and the people are friendly. They have been my go to place for these sprinklers for some time now. The Falcon 6504's are spendy, so it pays to shop around.”
