“I found the website a little difficult to use - I was trying to register as a PA but I don't know whether it accepted that as I didn't get any acknowledgement. I also had a problem using the "£5 off your first order" voucher I was sent so ended up paying the full price. However when I emailed to ask about it, I received a refund of the £5 straight away and without any quibble. The biscuits were bought as a get well gift for a colleague after back surgery - to make a change from all the flowers! She said she "The tin alone is beautiful, and the contents, well I would love to say they are too pretty to eat, but you know me and my relationship with food, I couldn’t resist. That said I will be rationing myself as I want to savour the luxury of them."”

“I love the Biscuiteers product, and order a few times a year. I do feel however that the website is clunky and difficult to read clearly during the ordering process (too easy to accidentally hover over lists, and writing incredibly small). I'm now a VIB but have no idea what this means as I couldn't find the VIB lounge to find out! Sent a message to Biscuiteers about it which has been ignored, so I'm no clearer! I have to say I don't feel much like a VIB... One order I placed was spelled wrongly in the biscuits (thankn instead of thanks) which, given that apparently two people check the icing before an order goes out, is unforgivable. It's really dented my trust in the product, despite the offer of a small discount against the next purchase or a replacement (too late!). Finally, I think I receive too many emails, and sometimes they are duplicated so I receive two instead of one including this feedback one, and my confirmation of VIB status, so some work needs to be done on the emailer campaigns from the back end. Is there a way I can cut down so I only receive one email per seasonal offer?”

“these were sent to my mother in law for her birthday, i said to share them with friends with a cup of tea and she said no way these are all my own, she thoroughly enjoyed them and voted them the best biscuits ever. I have had them and have sent several tins over the years and she is right the best ever, keep up the good work x”

“I ordered a special gift for a young person in hospital. It arrived and was signed for at the hospital and then disappeared??? Never to be delivered to the poorly patient. Biscuiteers customer services team got on to the case and sorted it out and the gift arrived! What a great service and thank you so much Judith Matthews”

“How I wish I could justify sending myself a box of Biscuiteers! The joyous thanks I have received for finding the most perfect of presents to say Good Luck, Congratulations, Happy Birthday, Sorry we can't be at your party, Thank you for a wonderful holiday, Thank you for letting us use your home and such like is almost embarrassing because the thanks should go to Biscuiteers. Everything is perfect: the design, the packaging, the taste of the biscuits which are truly delicious, the quality and artistry of the icing, the humour and the ease in ordering. There really is something for every occasion and I dream of an occasion where I could ask them to create something special - but I think that's a bit like Cinderella going to the ball so I shall carry on dreaming, and in my own small way, spread joy and happiness to the world through these beautiful, frivolous, special boxes of happiness.”

“Not many gifts are so trouble free as sending from Biscuiteers. I have used them for about three years and every time I am spleased that they have increased their range so I am not stuck when sending to the same people. Often they send me pictures of the biscuits or chocolates in their attractive tins telling me how much they enjoyed them I wish I had friends who sent them to me!”

“I have sent a variety of gifts, from individual cards, jolly gingers to tins of biscuits over the last 2 years and each one has been received with great delight. Some did not want to eat the biscuits as they are so beautifully decorated! Thank you Biscuiteers for a truly original and thoughtful set of goodies that we can choose from.”
