“Great biscuits and always beautiful. I would have given 5 stars except the icing on the Best Dad badge was smeared so you couldn't read what it said! I've never had any problems so assume it's because of the Father's Day rush/demand. Shame but I'm sure I'll be back.”

“Beautifully presented, unusual gift, lovely to give or receive. Bit pricey for what is essentially still a tin of biscuits, 6 out of 16 were really rather small, they were the "leaves" to the flowers.”

“Dear Biscuiteers, Have to admit that I went a bit crazy over the photo of your QE-II 90th Birthday box in "Town & County" in the states. First, I had to send a box to my dear friend with three (used to be six) Corgis. I then tried to order mine and the local bank cried "Fraud" and cancelled my order/denying appropriate funds. How dare they? Two emails (not responded to by you all - boohoo) and finally a phone conversation with London fixed this problem. You all were quite gracious and helpful. My friend went "absolutely bonkers" to quote her correctly and I love, love, love mine as well. There was one small problem - sad to say - that the top print of Her Majesty and her brace of Corgis had a small tear in the left hand corner. As I intend to keep my box - (not too many sweet biscuits left by now) for the remainder of my lifetime, do I return the top lid for a replacement? The only other Corgi/QE-II memorabilia I possess is Emma Bridgewater's Diamond Jubilee Tin so yours is very dear to me. In between Corgis am I at the moment, but not without reminders of your longest reigning monarch and the truth that Corgis reign. Yours respectfully and gratefully, Bonnie Ramage”

“Website good, user friendly, easy to set up an account and order. Item arrived quickly, can't comment on the biscuits yet as they are a present for my daughter's birthday. Pretty tin, as others comments, I wouldn't call it 'large' though. Quite expensive for what you get but a nice treat for a gift.”

“The biscuits and their presentation are excellent, but since buying I have been deluged with this company's e-mails. I am fed up with this and also there is no unsubscribe feature. This has dulled the edge of my pleasure in receiving the biscuits themselves. So I might avoid buying these very special biscuits again, just to avoid the intrusive spamming. Why would I want to read about your product daily? I do hope you will address this and reduce the hard sell. thanks Nikki”

“Contact by phone cannot be faulted, and service excellent. was completely unable to log in to account, and am still being emailed to ask me to complete order, but still unable to log in, even with new password sent by company. The biscuits were a gift for a birthday. I was promised delivery on the day of the birthday (Saturday for tea) but company badly let down by courier as they did not arrive until late Monday, so surprise spoilt and was very disappointed. However, the biscuits are fabulous, have been sent a photo and they look beautiful. My daughter had also been given some by my other daughter for Easter, and they were amazing - taste beautiful and decorations incredible and beautifully done. What talent. Am hoping my future dealings with the company will turn out to be easier than so far. My rating is done on the product - but with severe reservations about the rest.”

“I bought the engagement cookie set for my niece and her partner. I don't know what they tasted like but they looked beautiful and I was very happy to give the lovely looking biscuits as a gift in the nice presentation box.”

“The biscuits were fabulous and the person who received them was delighted I had trouble ordering on line so I had to call and make my arrangements over the phone but was welcomed with a friendly helpful person who dealt with my order ASAP and I got the biscuit delivered the next day great gift idea thankyou .”

“My friend was very happy with her birthday biscuit. Although I thought the delivery charges were high and the option for nominated delivery wasn't clear. Also when you're designing you biscuit it should make it clearer which box is for the icing for the biscuit and which box is the message to go in with the order, these should be next to each other to make it clearer.”

“Look & taste of the biscuits out of this world! Only issue is they didn't arrive in time for Valentines even though I ordered 2 weeks in advance & paid for next day delivery. Apart from that the actual biscuits are amazing.”

“Hi the biscuits were really lovely and the packaging looked fantastic. The only thing that was disappointing was that I had selected for them to be delivered on Saturday 13th - they were valentines presents so I wanted them to be as close as possible to the date. However they were actually delivered on Thursday 11th February. Usually this would be fine but as it was for a special date it was disappointing. thanks Louise”
