“Lovely biscuits, my family were delighted. Shame next day delivery on a Saturday would have been £10. Had to go for Royal Mail and wait until the Monday.”

“I ordered a tin of biscuits for my husband as part of his Christmas present. They were beautifully decorated and delicious. A lovely gift for a special occasions. There are other designs I'm keen to try in the future too!”

“I found the website a little difficult to use - I was trying to register as a PA but I don't know whether it accepted that as I didn't get any acknowledgement. I also had a problem using the "£5 off your first order" voucher I was sent so ended up paying the full price. However when I emailed to ask about it, I received a refund of the £5 straight away and without any quibble. The biscuits were bought as a get well gift for a colleague after back surgery - to make a change from all the flowers! She said she "The tin alone is beautiful, and the contents, well I would love to say they are too pretty to eat, but you know me and my relationship with food, I couldn’t resist. That said I will be rationing myself as I want to savour the luxury of them."”

“I ordered Happy Birthday biscuits for my nephew. They arrived on the right date and were very well received- everybody was very impressed by the presentation and quality of the biscuits. He loved them. Communications from the delivery company in the day were timely and clear - I had an email saying no-one was home and they'd been left with the neighbour. The one fairly sizeable flaw with that was they had been delivered to the wrong street! The name and address (including the postcode) on the package was correct - but that isn't where they were delivered! Fortunately the people who took them in were very honest and delivered them to my nephew later that day.”
