If could give B&M zero star I would. I want to share my daughter's story because she was humiliated by B&Ms security guard and she was extremely disturbed by this incident. My adult daughter of Indian origin, went to B&M in South Ruislip. She was buying tomato canned supes from Heinz and was putting it in the B&Ms shopping basket. All of a sudden an security guard who is of British African origin appeared. He then very odely decided to stand infront of the soup aile and purpously blocked my daughter from getting soup canns from the soup aile. It seemed like he was assuming my daughter was a thief hence was purposely trying to stop her from getting the tinn soups. My daughter was confused and didn't know how to react, as she was a regular customer at B&M and could not understand the security guard's odd behaviour. Besides just think logically how is it possible for anyone to run away with havey cans of soup? If someone was to steal anything why would they steel cheap 50 p soup canns, that security guards behaviour did not make any sense. Besides once you enter B&M in South Ruislip, you can't exit the store form the door you enter. If you need to leave then, you need to go around and through the payment counter. Hence that security guards behaviour was completely disgusting and it didn't make any sense. He kept on following her around the shop and even when she was paying even after that, he followed her as if she was a thief. He continued to follow her. We don't understand what kind of sick behaviour is that? My daughter decided to never ever use B&M store again because of her extremely unpleasant and humiliation experience. It's unacceptable that you guys keep security guards in your shop who treats honest and good costumers like thieves. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Extremely poor communication and customer service when trying to warn company of HAZARDOUS PRODUCT with huge FIRE RISK. Hours spent trying to warn customer service of faulty product.Finaly after 3 days I received a very poor e-mail response not addressing the issue containing neither concern for me nor future customers , no action to address dangerous faulty product.

Untrained uninterested and likely underpaid staff. Visited Taunton branch twice and each time found the staff to be slow and slack. Often Stock unpriced too. Clearly no pride for working here . It’ll be a desperate day if I ever return.

I went into bnm bargains heybarnes around 2 weeks ago at 5:30 the staff on the floor were kind and couldn’t help enough,went to pay for my item at the till and the 2 female staff that were on were chatting amongst thereself and were very rude,this is not the first time either I will definitely not b returning to this store

such a disgrace bought a tv cabinet and some of the holes weren’t even there they got the letters wrong of where your meant to put the compartments and the peices just utterly thoughtless and they should take care of there products and make sure there made proper alt and have the right instructions

If I could I would give no stars for this place the way they treated my own mother. We come here today, my mum doesn’t use baskets that other people use.. she uses her bought bags as her basket, as I’m pregnant and don’t want to catch Covid..and we have my grandad who lives with us, hence why I was wearing a mask. Anyways.. so half way through shopping my mum had to leave to get a trolly as I’m pregnant and couldn’t carry cat litter… so she comes back in and we load the trolley. Finish shopping and go to pay.. anyways.. after paying the lady walked off with my mums receipt.. so my mum asked for her receipt. Soon as we walk out of the shop we are stopped by a man who says “excuse me, you haven’t paid for the unstoppables” which is fair enough my mum had no problem going in to pay for them.. mistake easily made. After that they tell her to come into the security office.. erm why? So they go through all my mums shopping (clearly expecting my mum to be stealing) anyways go through all my mums shopping and oh yeah.. you was wrong. My mum had paid for everything she had, no one said sorry. Just “oh it happens” absolutely disgusting.. it’s obvious they watched my mum shop putting her shopping in her shopping bags and soon as we left she gets pulled up. Embarrassing her infront of everyone. I’m actually disgusted with the way they was with her. Sort your disgusting security out.

They may have good prices but the lack of quality is ridiculous! Duvet covers and linen in general that we bought was the worst quality I have seen! ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST!! We had to sew the one end together it was so poorly sewed. The whole duvet cover was totally skew.

OUNTY MALL CRAWLEY WEST SUSSEX RH10 1FP unavailability of Sanitising materials for shopping trolleys when suing the trolleys instore the staff do not look happy Cia Jane and an ethnic lady who wears spectacles should manage the place as it is going down Shelves empty the staff seem to take their time to stack the shelves there was a member of staff with a scottish accent seems to have left but was very helpful The Management at this store needs to change ASAP This store was good when it first opened now it is going downhill something urgently needs to be done Some members of staff are not wearing face masks in Some stores one has to wear a face mask including staff

Basingstoke store is the most helpful store I have ever been to! They are sooo polite and clearly seem like they are genuinely happy to help!

I visited the store on Preston docks today and was taken aback by the way the ckeckout supervisor 'Luke' spoke to the female checkout operator. It was quite aggressive and unpleasant. This was my first time shopping in any of your stores and it this is an example of your management I wont be going again.

No problems with the staff who were quite sympathetic to my plight. My issue with B&M is that they do not answer the phone and there is no way of checking the availability of stock unless you go inshore. I do not drive and both of my "local" B&M stores are inaccessible without taking several buses or buses and trains. This is frustrating as it costs several pounds to get there only to find the product required is unavailable and no one can tell you when the items will actually be in stock... in this instance 5 VISITS LATER!!! and still no large Cornish stones.... I got a friend to bring all they had at a store near to them (NW10) around 20 to add to the 20 I had bought which is not enough. Probably need another 20/30. I have a garden project which I have started and may not be able to finish. 😡😡😡 Feeling angry, frustrated and out of pocket as each trip costs around £4/£5 there and back.

I shopped at Ilkeston store & the product I wanted appeared to be sold out. Two assistants were very helpful in trying to track one down at other stores but then made my day as they had found one in the store room. Thank you for being so helpful & providing excellent customer service.

On visiting b&m hoo brook store Kidderminster I was concerned as I counted 4 people not wearing face coverings they were noticed by staff but as far as I could tell nothing was said when shopping or going through check out.I know some people can't wear one but I wouldn't expect to find four people at the same time .I also noticed on there announcements they ask customers to keep 2 meters apart but do not mention masks which seems odd.

Would like to say a big Thank you to LAUNCESTON B AND M! The staff Shelia and Lisa were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to find a piece of furniture I saw online and wanted. They couldn't find it but the looked everywhere, and found one in the warehouse, even though it was on the bottom of the pallet. They was even on the phone to track on down for me. Fantastic customer service and highly recommend. Great staff ☺️

Houghton le spring shop is rubbish no workable cueing sistom people aloud to just walk to the front with out been challenged by staff, not worth complaining staff don't care worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We have been looking for some side tables for a long time now, finding some of them very expensive. Found these this morning at a very reasonable price of £50 for the two. Very good quality. Really happy with our purchase.
