Two weeks ago Having sent a email to the CEO Simon Aurora I have not had a reply or acknowledgement. Standards start from the top.

Just bought toy for my daughter. Supposed to be small dog with hair for grooming. After opening box all hairs just fell off. Rubish. Actually stealing people's money.

My grandad went to B&M at Parkgate store to change some curtains and Maxine Naylor was very helpful in providing excellent service for him and went out of her way to make him get the service he needed.

I visited a store at leeds ring road. I witnessed a member of staff (presumably a manager) being quite obnoxious to one of his members of staff, stating "make sure you have 15 minutes break only and no later" in quite a disrespectful way!!! Very rude. I would never let my children work for B and M, surely a manager has to be resoectful to his staff as they should be with him, and also staff are entitled to their break. I was appalled by this as a customer who was actually hearing this in this day and age this should not happen to no human being! I wont be attending this store again. I would have walked out as a member of staff. I hope this gets addressed.

I visited your store in Dartford today and cannot understand why staff were not asking people to put masks on, there were lots of people without them and considering Dartford had one of the highest covid cases in Kent I would have thought it should have been a priority. As I queued to pay there were 5 people in front of me without masks not good!

B&M Manchester road, Bolton. Staff are rude and morons, zero idea of any kind of customer service ! Tried to address an issue directly with the manager, she was unresponsive with a poor attitude ! Basically worse than the two cell organisms she was supposed to be managing ! Unbelievable !

Whilst visiting this store in airdrie I was looking at stuff when out of nowhere I was nearly knocked of my feet by one of cages full of things. I had to shout at the staff member who was pushing it to stop otherwise I would have been fully ran over by it.. after she stopped and realised what she'd done, did she apologise? NO. She said to me I was trying to get past. The customer that was standing behind her was in utter shock both at what had happened and the staff members reaction. I was actually in shock at the staff members reaction to what she'd done and how she acted as well. I quickly left the store in shock about what had occurred. I have a very bad degenerative spine disease. When I got into the car the pain started. I contacted the store to speak with the manager but he wasn't there. I spoke with the supervisor who checked the camera and could see for the most part what happened. She said she would get the manager to call me the next day. The next day I was in more pain. The manager phoned and I explained what had happened. He was very dismissive and said he would said me out a voucher. I received a voucher of £10!! I don't really care that I was only £10 but it's the principle of what happened and what they thought that experience for a customer was worth. I am still in pain and have been to the doctors after this incident. I am just thankful I didn't have my 5 year old daughter with me or it could have been much worse.

I visited three of your stores for the sale items I saw on your website, all three stores had the items I wanted however in each store the items scanned at full price. I contacted customer services and was informed that only one store in the country gets a very limited amount of one line of sale stock with the specific barcode that gets a discount applied. This is probably completely legal but grossly misleading

I saw an elderly lady carrying a basket with two spools of wool. As she approached a till, she was asked by a young female employee if she had stood in the centre aisle queue. There are no store signs displayed indicating that shoppers have to do this and then fan out to each of the tills. The elderly shopper was directed to the back of the middle aisle queue. Absolutely appalling behaviour by the store staff and management.

Hi, i am a regular customer at B&M Hitchin and normally park at the front of the store for years, from when this place was Pound Stretcher (or Poundland). There was never a parking limit here and most of the times this parking is empty. On this eventful Friday night (9th April 2021) I drove to Tesco (located on the other side of B&M) at 10:31PM and I parked at an empty back parking area of B&M. Didn't notice Smart Parking camera and sign in the dark as it wasn't very well lit and I didn't expect it as I had parked here numerous times out of hours when going to Tesco. Never had an issue but this time I got a parking charge notice!! its late Friday night, in the middle of our second lockdown, I am very stressed like everyone due to the situation, the parking at the back is empty, there are no deliveries at this time, there are no customers, and I am in no way impacting B&M's business. I would therefore please request that some one could please contact me to cancel this charge as I believe this isn't a justified notice. UPDATE: B&M have responded to it asking me to send proof purchase - it seems they have not even read the review and copied and pasted a response. the same via emails as well. IT WAS 10:31PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, IN AM EMTY CARPARK... B&M DIDNT LOOSE ANY BUSINESS!!! they refer me to the landlord... WHO IS THE LANDLORD HERE??

If could give B&M zero star I would. I want to share my daughter's story because she was humiliated by B&Ms security guard and she was extremely disturbed by this incident. My adult daughter of Indian origin, went to B&M in South Ruislip. She was buying tomato canned supes from Heinz and was putting it in the B&Ms shopping basket. All of a sudden an security guard who is of British African origin appeared. He then very odely decided to stand infront of the soup aile and purpously blocked my daughter from getting soup canns from the soup aile. It seemed like he was assuming my daughter was a thief hence was purposely trying to stop her from getting the tinn soups. My daughter was confused and didn't know how to react, as she was a regular customer at B&M and could not understand the security guard's odd behaviour. Besides just think logically how is it possible for anyone to run away with havey cans of soup? If someone was to steal anything why would they steel cheap 50 p soup canns, that security guards behaviour did not make any sense. Besides once you enter B&M in South Ruislip, you can't exit the store form the door you enter. If you need to leave then, you need to go around and through the payment counter. Hence that security guards behaviour was completely disgusting and it didn't make any sense. He kept on following her around the shop and even when she was paying even after that, he followed her as if she was a thief. He continued to follow her. We don't understand what kind of sick behaviour is that? My daughter decided to never ever use B&M store again because of her extremely unpleasant and humiliation experience. It's unacceptable that you guys keep security guards in your shop who treats honest and good costumers like thieves. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Extremely poor communication and customer service when trying to warn company of HAZARDOUS PRODUCT with huge FIRE RISK. Hours spent trying to warn customer service of faulty product.Finaly after 3 days I received a very poor e-mail response not addressing the issue containing neither concern for me nor future customers , no action to address dangerous faulty product.

Untrained uninterested and likely underpaid staff. Visited Taunton branch twice and each time found the staff to be slow and slack. Often Stock unpriced too. Clearly no pride for working here . It’ll be a desperate day if I ever return.
