“Good course. It can take a longer than 3 hours though to do the online course. The course is made up of 7 modules with a 10 question quiz after each module. You cannot skip ahead if you are a faster reader than the narrator speaks. You have to click "Next" after each little video. Also, if you fail a quiz after a module, you have to repeat the whole module before you can move onto the next one. There are several modules that are 30 -45 minutes in length. That adds up and before you know it, the course can take you 4 or more hours. Make notes as you go along so you can refer back to them when taking the quiz”

“The way the modules are set up price to be repetitive and difficult in the sense that the time till you can click to the next chapter in many cases made it so I had to Re watch 10-30 seconds of the video slide before I could click over to my next approved module. I found this very frustrating. I run on a high functioning computer so I know it was not due to poor internet or loading quality. I also tested on a different internet connection and in another case a different computer all proved to do the same. I would recommend fixing this glitch because otherwise the course was informative.”
