“Course is thorough, but the time set for each slide is much longer than necessary to read through the slide. Wish it could have been done quicker”

“The test took 7 hours to complete not 3. This was with no breaks. After submission of the exam. The whole thing errored out. This was extremely frustrating. However these guys responded right away while I was flipping out. I greatly appreciated the good customer service from this company. It all worked out in the end and I passed! Bring on summer!! :)”

“I thought it covered the material very well, and I was left with very few questions. However, I feel the timing on every page before you were able to move on made the process very long. I was told it would take me about two hours, and I ended up spending nearly 6 hours over three days to complete it.”

“The layout is good, but the timer on the page could speed up a bit to allow at least averagely literate people like myself to save some time. My 3 hr course took about 5 hrs. Still worth it, though.”

“The materials were very thorough. I hope that the manual I purchased contains the course information so that I will have the course materials for future reference. The only quibble I have is that I would have liked to have known what the correct answers were to the half-dozen or so test questions that I got wrong.”

“I enjoyed and learning from a manual that I was given and the on line tutorial was a great help, however when I took the final exam I must have missed the tutorial on the uses of radar. The tutorials on the safe handling of the boat and the use of the lighting configurations made me fell very confident for my next time out on the water. Thank you for helping me get over my boating anxiety.”
