“Boatsmart course was very good, but I did find it took way to long to watch the videos to complete the course. I did learn a lot about boat safety that I didn’t know, so it was a good learning experience.”

“Well done, although I had a few issues with the some videos and on one lessons the audio went up to 14 steps, yet what was written stopped at 6 or 6.”

“Well run online course. Book is also good. Some pages had only audio and others had video and audio but they both said the same thing and could play over each other. Would be better to just have the video. Having both was redundant. Would prefer is the content (audio or video) automatically started on opening new page of module”

“A well laid and concise course. The videos were helpful. It would be beneficial to know which quiz questions were wrong-it doesn't help me not to be able to correct myself. A downloadable reference file to keep would also be helpful.”

“Overall, very informative and appropriate for learning. My only complaint is that after taking a quiz, there is no information on what question(s) I did not answer correctly. Having that information would allow one to re-examine the appropriate section in the material to determine what the correct answer should be.”

“I would recommend more modules with shorter length - a module with 45 lessons and only 10 questions is not appropriate. Better, in my mind, to have twice as many modules and limit the lessons to under 15. The information is useful and well presented but your course construction is not conducive to remembering the details.”
