“I loved how it used videos and had someone speaking the words as apposed to having to read it myself. It gave more opportunities for being able to connect more details with the facts of the course.”

“The course provides both video and textual information, which allows you efficiently go through the course at your own pace. The web site navigation is easy to use and allows quickly jumping to the module of interest. The help agent is available immediately (online chat) to answer all your questions. The course covers everything you need to successfully pass the exam so go ahead and take it.”

“The set up was quite straight forward and the information was presented well for the most part. Your program needs work though: It took way too long to update the website, it was unavailable to me for over a month which was very annoying. But updates are necessary, so I'm not too annoyed with it. The audio is off on many of your videos and it was annoying that you had to click play on every video. I'd suggest you directly embed the videos on the pages rather than through youtube. Also, have the videos play automatically if the person had been watching the previous videos. The transitions between the lessons could be smoother, but that's not a huge issue. A large issue you could potentially fix is giving feedback on the quizzes. I understand you can't do it for the actual final test but for the ones on your website you could. That way people would know what they did wrong, that's huge. Finally, I think you should add a FAQ section with common law questions and answers, as well as the most common forgotten laws. Also, if you could add a search bar to look for answers to questions one might have would be great.”

“Got through it very quickly. It was easy to learn. My only recommendation is that the minimum requirement of time spent on each page not exceed the time of the video by a couple seconds. Several times I finished a video and was ready for the next, and it was a pain waiting for allowance of the next video. Thanks.”
