“My Comments: - Nearly half the time the video would not load, not sure if it was my connection, but not likely as I am in a large city with high speed internet. - Would have been helpful to know which questions I got wrong! - I got my paper manual at about module 4. It was great to have that to follow along! I would suggest that you make a better sales pitch of the book stating that it has the course content word for word so you can follow along and don't have to take your own notes. - Overall great course”

“The course part was well made and made me passing the test a breeze. However, that timer to skip to the next step/module is way too slow. I was done reading the entire page and sometimes had to wait 20 to 40 seconds to keep going. I could have passed this in half the time.”

“Had a great experience with this exam with one exception. On module 2 I failed the quizz and had to redo the whole module. Now in some that not bad but this one was quite long. I can understand that I failed the quizz but o know where I went wrong and should have been able to revisit those areas and redo quizz. But otherwise great program.”

“It's was way way way too long. With ridiculous questions about pfd's that went on an on an on. Also I was hoping that with the lenth of the course. That there was going to be a voucher or coupon for lunch, considering the course took me 5.5 hours!”
