“Course worked great and covered all the material to pass the test. Really liked the crash test dummy narrations, they were funny and made the course seem to go faster”

“Servers kept timing out during last module so it took hours to finally complete (same problem across multiple devices and internet connections). Need to update course to match exam and why is dubstep playing in the background of study videos?”

“the course is full of information, my kids and i like it but the most frustrating part is if you get 1 or 2 questions wrong you have to sit through the whole module again, waste of time. also the timer on the page is very annoying as we both read fast. Event the audio player finishes sooner then the timer. very disappointed in this, if you have to go through a second round then eliminate the timers. Also would be nice to know what questions where answered wrong. Some of the questions are also misleading. Would not recommend this site to anyone.”

“The course was well put together and prepared me well enough to pass my boating license on my first attempt. I did find some lessons allowed too much time before being allowed to go onto the next one, so the course took longer than really needed.”

“I didn’t have any problems with the course however I am very disappointed in your ability to distribute discount promotions effectively. Right after I purchased the course/test I was offered 50% off which was then completely useless to me because I had already paid. I wish BoatSmart would honour their promotions within a certain time frame because this was very disappointing to me.”

“The course was organized quite well. However, for a course that is required by the government, I thought that it would've have been more professional. I highly recommend that somebody review the content for spelling errors, as there was multiple mistakes. Additionally, you may want to review the signs and symptoms of hypothermia and heat exhaustion. As somebody who is in the medical field, I can assure you that not all your information is accurate. Thank you.”

“Alot of content jam packed into this course very informative .for first time boater i passed with 96 only complaint is ur fb page looks like alot of scam pages .need something to make it stand out more .the adds and 50% off make it kinda seem to good to be true .hope its not as it was a great very long course”

“I think the course is slightly out of date, because there were questions containing terms that I had never seen or heard of before. I'm also a fast reader, and being forced to wait a minute and a half to read 60-70 words was really annoying. All in all though, I was adequately equipped to pass the exam”
