“Well, for one thing, I now have my PCOC! Enjoyed the convenience of take the course and exam at home. (Would really like to know what question I missed though)”

“Very good, detailed course. I find it hard to believe that this was not mandatory until not too long ago. Lots of great info I am sure licensed boaters do not know. I wish I would have purchased the book to keep on the boat as a reference.”

“It was convienient to do omline...only issue i had was HOW LONG it took to go through all the videos and whatnot....as i already studied the book and already knew 90% of the info. There should be a choice to directly take or "challenge" the test for the people who dont have 4 to 6 hours to do the test. Other than that it was very informative and i actually learned something😊”

HI Geoffrey, Thanks for your review. We understand the test can take awhile for some students, but the time requirements and quizzes are required by Transport Canada (or NASBLA) to ensure all students are able to fully understand all content. The timed requirements are the same across all course providers, and - like you experienced - we find many students prefer the convenience of completing the course from the comfort of home, rather than in a classroom setting. Thanks for sticking with it, and safe boating!

“A good review and covered all the basics. Two suggestions for improvement. I found some subjects repeated in different modules. Could have been a bit more concise. In both the practice questions and the test I got a couple of questions wrong. It would have been nice to know what my mistakes were so that I wouldn't repeat them out on the water.”
