Hi Debbie - thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We definitely understand that the timers can be frustrating, but they are a requirement mandated by Transport Canada and NASBLA (because the testing is online and unsupervised)- and is a requirement for all course providers. Glad you were stuck with it. We'll see you on the water this summer!

“The course was good, the videos were informative and I learned some very useful stuff. HOWEVER, I was very frustrated during the quizzes. It happened very frequently where I would select an answer and click "next question" and it would think I was trying to skip to the next question when I had it answered! And if I refreshed the page, it would take me back to question 1! One time it happened when I was on question 8, it took me to a page that told me I got a 70%, and it made me do the whole module again. I thought it was a connection issue, but my internet's fine.”

“Comprehensive, great user interface, no sign-up glitches start-to finish--which is more than can be said for other providers. If you need a PCOC, this provider is highly recommended.”

“Videos we're good, but the slide timer is annoying. Not knowing what you got wrong doesn't help either. If this is for the integrity of the course, then I guess no one thought of Google! At least send a report after you past the test to show you additional areas to review.”
