“Content is great, very disappointed when my son spent hours on hours studying from the hand book, when he was ready to write the test he had to spend 7 hours going through all the modules and quizes online before being able to take the actual exam. Should be allowed to skip all tgat if studied previously.”

“I think the content is good overall. It's just a tedious process. Also, some of the questions or answers are poorly written. I would have liked to have known which questions I answered incorrectly so I can understand the information better! Thanks!”

“The content was OK at best. The animations and sound effects are fairly poor by modern online course standards, not to mention most of the videos did not work (I am guessing you are still using a SCORM file with some outdated flash plugins, or bad YouTube links? This is an easy fix if you are using a course builder like Captivate etc.) and the voice over could have been recorded better. However, very convenient to complete, not difficult content, got my licence in just under 4hrs. Sweet!”

“Overall, the course offering from BoatSmart was sufficient. As a family, we found the limitation of one email address per person to be cumbersome and my work filtered the email from Boatsmart, which resulted in my having to call your customer support for assistance.”

“If you are conscientious and want to get this done in an evening you can do it (including the final exam). This course fully prepares you for the exam and is delivered in a way that is easy to consume and apply. Worth every $!”

“Course and modules were very good. I think the time allotted to write the tests at the end of each module should have been shorter (to correspond to the time given on the final examination (to answer 50 questions)). The time for each lesson did not always correspond to the information in the lesson. On the whole it is a great course which prepares you for the final examination.”
