“It didn’t I spent 7hrs taking a 3hr course and the timer said it was 5hrs . Just buy the book”

“It took me 8 hours as opposed to what boat dealers say 3 hours needed to take it. Passed the first time. And only need it to operate my personal watercraft. Can you separate boats and personal watercraft courses? However, thanks, I passed 😎”

“This is by far the worst course I have ever taken anywhere. The points that were constantly repeated unnecessarily really took away from the points that should have been made. And having a minimum time limit on every single page is ridiculous.”

“Overall the course was well done. I purchased the printed study guide prior to undergoing the on-line course/test. Unfortunately none of the "layar" links - pages would scan or work. One area not covered that was on the test was lights used by fishing vessels ie: https://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/marinesafety/tp-tp10038-10-ns-las-trwl-undrwy-mwtw-2091.htm Temp PCOC would not appear in Explorer 11. Had to use Chrome to retrieve the card to print.”

“This course was the most dry thing ever, and it took waaaaay longer than it should have. And if you fail a test, then you shouldn’t have to redo the modules, they are so long.”

“I learn a lot doing this course. I think there should be different class though based on boat size and engine. Many of the info will never apply to certain boaters...”

“Happy I passed but not happy that the offer for additional cards at $9.98 did not explain that a copy of your card is not allowed to be used before writing the test. If I had know that before my family would have ordered additional cards at the cheaper rate.”

“I wasn't so happy. It was rough getting into the program. It took me to Pay Pal then it was hard getting back into the program, it didn't tell me I had to go to my email to get a code. When I was taking the quizzes at the end of the chapter I had NO idea which questions I had wrong. I had ideas which ones I missed but It had me a bit worried when I took the final since I was basically guessing. It was a very long long course. My friend was taking one at the same time from a different company and it had shown her the right answers and she had started an hour after me but I had to retake one chapter.”
