“The combination of the Boatsmart Study Guide along with the Boatsmart online study guide has provided an excellent means of learning the Rules, Safety, Navigational aids and numerous other Marine topics necessary to be safe on the water. The knowledge was provided in an easy to learn format and the animated visuals provided a real sense of understanding. A great learning experience and time well spent!”

“Few things... 1) The video or audio should play automatically. 2) If there is only audio, why does it show a giant black box where video might be. 3) When there is a video, why does it show the audio control on the page. 4) A few of the videos could probably use some editing (noises, wrong words used, hearing "end audio" at the end of a given track).”
