“Videos we're good, but the slide timer is annoying. Not knowing what you got wrong doesn't help either. If this is for the integrity of the course, then I guess no one thought of Google! At least send a report after you past the test to show you additional areas to review.”

“When you do the 7 test and then the exam is their a way to see what you got wrong (Download) as we can learn from our mistakes, let me know. I had a few questions come up that I think I got wrong but found the answer farther in the course. I can see the exam being all over but not the chapters. Please let me know by email.”

“The course was for the most part good. I found it took longer than they said it would, parts were repetitive. It would be good to see the answers that I didn't get right so you could look up the correct one. Learned lots”

“Boat smart made me especially happy when I passed the course. I appreciated purchasing a card at the Cottage Life Show that gave me a discount on the license and one that does not expire. The module on buoys did not make me particularly happy because the lake that I boat on regularly does not have these markers. If I were to boat on another lake, as a conscientious boater, I would make sure I was familiar with the buoys. However to the average boater I felt this module was boring and not of much use.”

“I think the course was great, very educational. The only complaint I have, is that it takes too long. I do agree with having a time on each page, instead of a 3 hour wait like it used to be. However, I found that almost every page, I was waiting for the timer to run out. Which was mildly frustrating and time consuming. I think the time wait should be reduced 25-30%. Other than that, it was great.”

“A good review and covered all the basics. Two suggestions for improvement. I found some subjects repeated in different modules. Could have been a bit more concise. In both the practice questions and the test I got a couple of questions wrong. It would have been nice to know what my mistakes were so that I wouldn't repeat them out on the water.”

“it was very helpful to have the audio and video components. i liked how i could access my account and continue studying from anywhere i was able to log in. i wish that when answering a question incorrectly, the right answer would shown to me or linked to the video related to that question”
