“The videos were helpful although the last 2 sections just had mostly black screens while the lesson was going.”

“I gave Boatsmart 4 stars because when you took the tests and quizzes and you finished and you got something wrong it did not tell you what you got wrong. Other than that every thing else was really good. I answered the question would you talk about us to other people I said 9 because it was an exciting moment that I want to talk about and it was a good experience and the Boatsmart website except the one thing Boatsmart was a good website.”

“It help to a point but on the quiz it would be nice if after you summit they give you the correct answer to help you thru the course and if you needed to retake”

“Good over view of everything you needed to know for the exam. One thing that could improve is the videos, they keeps replaying and it's confusing at first if you don't end up watching the bar or time on the video, to know when it's done. It should stop one it has played and then you have the option to replay it or move into the next”

“I liked the videos and voice over. I thought they were informative and helpful. You can improve your quiz by informing the customer of the questions they answered incorrectly. I still don't know which questions I answered incorrectly which leaves me uninformed. I think this is an important and necessary step so the person can learn effectively.”

“No a real pleasant experience. The software was less than modern. Each module would keep repeating and the timer did not match the slides. May slides were over and there was 10-15 seconds before you could move to the next slide.”
