“Thank you for the insight and enlightenment on many things I either forgot or did not know about... I was very skeptical at first but I really enjoyed the learning and not being allowed to skip ahead and just take the exam...”

“It was very well explained on each module !! The only thing I didn't like was that you didn't know which questions you got wrong and which one you got right after each module !! The same on the main test of all the course !! Would of like to know how I done on each question !!”

“Was good to pause online course when necessary but the timer for some of the videos was too long. A lot of the questions weren't covered in the material.”

“I love the convenience of studying online. The info was great & I passed my test with 98%. HOWEVER, make sure you have lots of time. It took my husband and I over 4 hrs to finish the course because we had to wait for the timer on each page. PLEASE remove the timer and allow users to click though at their own speed!!!”

“It was a thorough course and taught me a lot. But having to press Next module, scroll down and then Play 200 or more times was enjoying. Polish that up. 10/10 for education.”

“Course content was very good. Watching videos helped a lot with the explanation. Only recommendation I would have is to have the video stop playing at the end if the person doing the training wants to watch it again let them replay it. It would be nice to allow going back to training content to a specific area and not have to watch the complete module when you only want to review a specific section. Another recommendation would be to identify the incorrect responses on the quiz so that you can review the content again.”

“Options are given to learn audibly and/or visually. I think one ahould be made aware of errors and the proper answers to be sure of accuracy in future.”
