“I really enjoy this program! The recipes are all delicious, not to difficult (this is important for me) and an awesome way to add more plant based meals into your diet. I have made many of them more than once in the past month. Getting into a habit of doing yoga each morning before anything else was great too. The only (small) thing I would have changed is the length of the videos.. I also have the "Complete" program and I really like the full 1 hour classes. That is just my preference though. The content of the classes was great. Shout out to the Earth Challenge portion.. this part is awesome and I loved it! They are simple changes we can all make that can make a big difference. I love that you included it. :)”

“Hi, thanks for asking about the review. I love ur work, very inspiring and professional. I give 4 stars because it took 3 months to receive the DVD and once i got it, the cardio workouts were kinda hard for me and the one legged dog poses are very bad for my feet. It was my fault for not knowing it was about fitness to lose weight. But i still love the DVD even though i only practice the long yoga part. I totally recommend the DVD but next time i would only order just yoga for flexibility, and relaxation. Let me know somehow if u have DVD for just this. Love ur work, keep it up, Thanks for all ur posts, Love and light ❤”

“I’ve been following Juliana and mark for quite some time. I have purchased most of their programs and I extremely love all of them. High quality made in term of content, music, and scenery. The workout is effective. I can see so much changes on my body. I’m those people do weight lifting often but I try to incorporate at least one video of boho beautiful after my training session and truly enjoy it. I would say I’m Very happy with my body now, Juliana is my inspiration. I even told my trainer that I want to have body like Juliana and I’m on the way there.
