They are well thought out, challenging workouts with daily meditation clips that really give every part of the body the attention it needs to gain strength, endurance, and to keep a healthy positive mentality. I have and will continue to recommend their products and videos to all.”

“Love this pair of amazing humans. My wife and I find your Youtube videos, along with Sarah Beth, to be the best available. We don't have a lot of time and you get right after it and kick our butts every day. Tried the Complete but not being able to "chrome cast" to our tv rendered it not useful for us. We stick to Youtube for now. Much love! Keep it up.”

“My wife and I have been following Juliana and Mark for years now. We bought the cookbook it's been great. Tasty recipes. My wife does the Yoga exercises and I do the back relief/sciatica work out. My Sciatica is under control and the pain is gone, I can walk again. Juliana and Mark are the best. I hope they come to the Seattle area someday, would love to meet them in person :)”
