“I am neither vegetarian or vegan but looking to incorporate more plant based meals into my diet. I have tried some the recipes from your YouTube videos and they are so delicious and use easy to find ingredients. I ordered your cookbook to have more of your recipes. My favorite is the Cauliflower Bliss Power smoothie. It’s more like chocolate mousse than a smoothie...delicious! I look forward to more recipes.”

“Good exercises, actually complete, nice setting, nice music, and above all clear speaking of oral guidance well synchronised so as to follow the flow on time with useful tips of correct posture without putting stress which would destroy the "yoga" spirit... “I can't say enough good things about Boho Beautiful! I have been a big fan of Boho Beautiful for years!! Juliana's calming voice and inspirational words are sometimes just what I need after a stressful day at work. I love that there are so many options from YouTube, Patreon, and full programs that are now streamable from your phone. You can tell that Juliana and Mark truly care for others and want people to have access to the wonderful benefits of pilates and yoga. I purchased Boho Beautiful in 10 days a couple years ago, recently purchased Transform, and plan to purchase Detoxify next. I usually do a combination of a yoga video on YouTube and then a workout from one of the programs. The apps are so easy to use and they stream right from my phone to my TV. “I feel refreshed after completing a yoga, Pilates, or HIIT routine with Boho Beautiful. Their content has enhanced my wellbeing. I started with doing the free YouTube videos for about 1yr and progressed to the more challenging and rewarding “Transform” and “Retreat” series’. Im in the best physical shape of my life at 34yrs and after 2 babies, but I’m more at peace also. I now can’t do without my self care routine and this is a big part of that.”
