“I am in yoga with you every morning for at least the last year and have advanced and deepened my practice. I have been practicing yoga for more than a decade and this last year is when my practice expanded. I love your style. The locations, music chosen, and essence of each video reflect such love, passion and commitment. Merci.”

“Enjoyed the at home retreat, it provided me with focus, direction, peace and so much more. As a beginner to Yoga, some of the moves were a little challenging. You offered in some session alternatives, I wish there were more, that’s all. Otherwise I truly am grateful and the soundtrack was so therapeutic .”

“I had never done yoga and was sent the link to the website by a friend to try. The free videos cover everything but I have also signed up as a member and purchased the yin journey. Juliana has a soothing toneand is not patronising and adapts to every level. The music is good and following this since March has been enjoyable and it is great to do something that I would never had tried. Great website.”

“I had not done any sports for 5 years and was anxious about the first course. I had gained 10 pounds and Fitness is not my preferred sports. I wanted to start smoothly with yoga lessons but then decided to try the Transform program at my own pace. Today I’ve completed my 12th day and I feel stronger, more confident and find it great to start the day with the workouts and positive thoughts. I hope I can keep this routine going on. Thanks 🙏🏽”

“My husband & I have just completed the Boho Beautiful 10- day Yoga fitness series. We’re in our mid 50’s and have been struggling to stay motivated & fit during COVID quarantine. We saw immediate improvements, so much so that we started it over again! The second time through is still challenging but it’s so evident that we’ve improved in our moves & strength.
