“Amazing... My routine is 3 of her 20 min advanced yoga classes on youtube, and then this program, 20 min Ab workout, and then 30 min cardio. Love love love. I consider myself pretty fit, and I think to lose weight diet is definitely really important for me. Nonetheless i am always dripping sweat in her program. Other than the Yin Yoga of course. But amazing.”

“It’s been only a couple of weekend since I started using the videos, but I like them so far. They offer the right intensity for me and I can feel that the exercises reach muscles I usually don’t work out. Since I am working from gone, it’s been easy to find time to incorporate the sessions six days a week. I am good at routines and I can see results already. Of course, I try to not over-eat and keep a healthy diet. I am in my early 40’s and I love running regularly. This program is effective to assure that my body stays toned, by no means to the degree of a younger fit woman, but enough to feel comfortable and strong. I recommend this program, definitely.”
