I discovered you through a suggestion of my cousin who loves your youtube videos. I started with some morning flows and then I purchased Boho Beautiful Complete. I really like all three parts of the program. I feel stronger and even though I have been doing all kinds of sports, I am now starting to learn what a great impact yoga can have not only for the body but also for the mind.
