“So happy with this program! It is really challenging and not easy at all for me. But this is why it's so efficient. I did it twice doing the first versions of the exercises and am now doing it again from the beginning doing a most advanced version of the exercises. I really feel much more stronger and my body has completely changed. If you are used to go to gym classes, you will be really surprised by the creativity behind each exercise!!! Nothing to do with all the classic moves we usually see. It's a completely different style of workout. I love it! Thank you so much Mark and Juliana”
