This keeps me motivated and in an amazing feeling of calm even after working out, I never thought that was possible. I use this classes every other day to keep my body and mind strong. I’ve tried several different routines (including the gym) and this has worked the best! Not to mention that it is way cheaper and more comfortable! You just need a matt and a place to watch your videos. I love it!”

“I love what Juliana and Mark are doing. Found their videos a few years ago on YouTube and I just love them all. Normally it’s hard for me to stick on a fitness program 😅 But with their videos I always return back to it, even if I pause a few weeks. Their videos are perfect for every fitness level. I’m working in an office and sitting the whole day, so I often have back pain.. Then I do the yoga for back pain videos in the evening and everything is fine 🙃 Please do never stop what you’re doing. I would be very sad ❤️”
