“Boho Beautiful changed my life. I’ve lost 30lbs in the past 6 months doing challenges and eating better. I’ve tried losing weight before but it’s always about a diet. But this was about healing myself from the inside out. It started with my spirit and eventually healed my body. “I’m 38 years old and never even thought of doing yoga ever. I had some bad back problems at the beginning of the year and my wife introduced my to your videos. It has been slow going but my body feels stronger and more flexible plus I find it really relaxing and it’s nice to do your classes with my wife.
