“I have been a fan of yoga, Yin Yoga in particular, for many years. I was so excited to find Boho Beautiful's videos posted on YouTube when I did a search of "yin yoga". I was amazed by the variety of content and then explored the BB website. I was blessed to find the Yin Yoga Journey series of 4 hour-long videos and I have been enjoying them several times per week. The instructions/variations are very clearly presented and it is a pleasure to experience the beautiful scenery and calming music. I hope they consider creating another yin yoga series sometime!
