“I have been a fan of yoga, Yin Yoga in particular, for many years. I was so excited to find Boho Beautiful's videos posted on YouTube when I did a search of "yin yoga". I was amazed by the variety of content and then explored the BB website. I was blessed to find the Yin Yoga Journey series of 4 hour-long videos and I have been enjoying them several times per week. The instructions/variations are very clearly presented and it is a pleasure to experience the beautiful scenery and calming music. I hope they consider creating another yin yoga series sometime! I have recommended BB to many friends and family members. Thanks Juliana and Mark for your work!”

“I am a former contemporary and ballet dancer, now nutritionist and mommy of my beautiful one year old son. I started following you guys when I first moved to Germany from my home in South Africa about 3 years ago. It was a really really long cold winter that year and my first northern hemisphere winter (Very Very hard for a Southern hemisphere gal!) and I just loved being able to do a class that really challenged me physically, offered me some precious ME time and allowed me to escape to a beautiful location full of sunshine, despite the weather back home. I absolutely love your programs and fully followed them during my pregnancy, with adjustments of course (I qualified as a Pilates instructor years ago when I was dancing) I can honestly say that I had the most wonderful birth experience due to the physical strength and breathing strength I managed to maintain with your classes. I also felt amazing just 2 weeks after giving birth and like I was back to my former shape-ish and strength just 4 months after having my little one. Even now at 6 each morning I have a one year old hugging my legs when I do a down dog;-P Thank you so so much for creating such life giving and beautiful program guys, what a breath of fresh air. I am looking forward to my next birthday (eeek I turn 30 in Jan!) or Christmas so my hubby can spoil me with the next program. God bless and have a wonderful Christmas xx”
