Let my delivery go to incorrect address spent most of last night and this morning trying to sort it. Parcel has been delivered to a complete stranger and just keep getting robotic responses from the customer service agents

Waste of time done 2 orders one took over a week to come the second one was next day delivery and it never came, when I contacted them on What’s App was met with complete rudeness, second order came one dress is a total different colour and the other one is 2 sizes to small, do you really employee idiots that can’t read a simple label am so fed up now have nothing for my party this week and will now have to send back and wait for money to come back but still have to go out and buy another dress, never again and will advise everyone know not to buy from BooHoo quality and customer service is terrible, what’s happened have ordered for many years and never had an issue

I spent over £200 in the black Friday deals at Boohoo & sent back every single item. These included jeans, tops, dresses & jewellery. The quality is so so awful. Will never order from them again. Should have stick to ASOS!!

Terrible customer service - no number to call. The standard delivery may take up to 10 days which in my opinion is ridiculous. No company I know has rules and delivery times like this. Make sure you order right items as you cannot cancel or change it at any point even if your order hasn't been dispatched yet and there is still 9 days till your expected delivery date.

Didn't realise that you had to return things within 14 days unlike most other shops who give you 28 days. Stuck with unwanted items. Never use again.

I am disappointed as a first time shopper with Boohoo that I did not get my initial postage refunded when I returned the item well within the 14 days. This has certainly put me off shopping with them in the future.

Ordered again from Boohoo giving them a second chance. And yet again they proved me right.. cheaply made clothing not correct sizes..ok i am a big girl who ordered a slash neck baggy jumper....size 24 but more like a size 16 and not a bit like the picture...will.not ever buy again from.theses guys. The clothes are very badly made

Absolutely shocking service. Paid for next day delivery and items still not here 3days later! When contacted boohoo were very unhelpful and unwilling to do anything about it. Will not be shopping here again and will be returning items as they will be no good now!

Not helpful can’t talk to anyone debited my account as well as Klarna payment, when ordering from boohoo site keep an eye on your bank accounts I’m owed a refund haven’t received it, will never order again and will tell others to avoid

Completely disappointed ☹️ After Paying £5.99 for PRECISE DAY delivery, wasting my time waiting at home to accept the parcel in the nominated time I selected last night AND being reassured yesterday by the customer services team that the parcel would indeed be with me today, low and behold, the parcel is delayed until tomorrow. I don’t need the items tomorrow as they were for an event tonight and I will now need to rush out this afternoon to purchase an alternative. Had been told by friends and family not to buy from boohoo due to bad experiences with deliveries and will not be doing so again.

Had a terrible customer service experience. I bought some clothes on sale and while paying the discounted price was displayed but I was charged the full amount. When I contacted them they just shrug their shoulders and told me to return it. Upsetting and a waste of time, don't bother...

Received my order a day late. Boohoo website suggested I was a size 12 (which is correct), no way are these garments a size 12 more like size 6! I couldn't even get them over my head to try them on. Returning my item and hope I get a refund.

Cheap and nasty joggers and top, really thin, not suitable for winter wear, won’t be buying from you ever again. Now have the hassle of returning item, very disappointed.

I ordered my girlfriend birthday presents 14 days before her birthday, delivery said up to five days, emailed a complaint asking where they are, and the response I got was oh I can see that your parcel hasn’t moved in a few days, we’re sorry they didn’t get their in time for your girlfriends birthday!!!! Sorry you had 14 days? Shocking absolutely appalling service

Boohoo sucks. My package is lost, but they keep sayin I have to wait 3 weeks before they can do anything for me. They can’t ship it again or refund my money.... Bad customer service!!!
