Customer service ignore you. They conned me out of more money then the next day had massive sales on things I bought at a higher price just the day before.”
“Just received my order and the clothes are just awful material, one of the jumpers is ment to be white and it looks like I have had it years, one of the jumpers size 14 which is ment to be oversized by the way fits my very slim 13 year old,track suit bottoms completely out of shape, this has happened a good few times with things I've ordered and always gave them the benefit of doubt, wont be ordering again, learnt my lesson”
“Being a regular boohoo customer, the customer service is just absurd. The delivery is a joke, I ordered something last week and I never received it, now have to wait til I can contact again for my refund, every time I order for next day delivery, I never receive it, it’s either they “lose” it, or it comes a week later! Then they have the cheek to offer a reorder after the item goes out of stock, they don’t offer anything as an apology, just say sorry, your sorry ain’t good enough mate, sort out your delivery service and your customer service. It’s a shame you lost a valued customer because I’m never ordering from here again!!!!!”
“The materials used are so see through - unwearable!! The sizes seem to have no consistency and the quality is what you would find on a cheap market stall. Avoid!!”

“Bad quality/ thin material and everything is extremely short! Ordered 8 dresses and not one came anywhere near a suitable length, more like tops. What height are the models? The dresses all look a decent length on them! I am 5ft9inches so not a giant! I wish boohoo would let customers rate each item like they do on very so customers can read feedback on length/quality/ overall fit etc before purchasing.... although maybe no one would purchase anything.”

“I bought a coat for £50 from boohoo, there was dusty marks all over the bottom of the coat, the strings weren’t even attached to the coat I had to sit there threading it threw myself, the quality of the coat is not very good, won’t be going to boohoo again”
“The quality dropped massively. I used to be a big fan. But it really changed, i ordered a lot with boohoo, and the quality is really poor. Nothing like on the pictures. Sizes messed up. Fabrics literally see-through..

“Very disappointed. They state that shipping only takes 7 business days to Europe but not true. I ordered on the 6th of February and they want me to wait until the 11th of March. I asked for the refund and they want me to wait until it finally gets here so that it can be shipped back and then they will discuss the refund. I will never order from the again.”
“1. Next day delivery (paid) comes at the earliest 3 working days later.
2. The clothes quality is not great, though you do get what you pay for.
3. Size 8 and 10 are the same size around the waste, though wider round the legs (makes no sense)
4. If you order an item and that colour is out of stock, they will change your order and send you a different colour without your consent, causing you an added trip to the post office to return!
AVOID unless your desperate and on a cheap budget!”

“Used boohoo quite a lot but the last 2 items I have ordered were both faulty large hole in waistband (jogging bottoms) and wool coat was longer at one side than the other plus all buttons were sewn on puckered and even though they were notified of this upon return I was still charged the 3.99 postage each time therefore I will not be using boohoo any more”
“I paid for the yearly premier next day delivery!!? I placed an order 3/02/20 received a email from Hermes 04/02/20 stating there’s been a delay!! Checked tracker today 05/02/20 and still not with courier!! I went in chat to question this and was told to keep an eye out for it over next 24-48, and this service normally works, sorry but that’s hardly next day delivery and obviously the service doesn’t wrk as I still haven’t received my order!! Don’t offer a service if you can’t adhere to it!! Basically paying for this service is a total waste of money!!”
