Overall, I was able to book my trip and it's a trip I would not have found without bookmundi. I will use the service again, but I've learned that last minute bookings (in this case, a safari less than one month from the departure date) is not a great idea. The time it took for the actual tour operator (not bookmundi) to confirm the trip was a cause of high stress, as we had many other arrangements hinging on this trip. I think this service works best when planning farther in advance.

Everything with the website and the service worked very well. However, initially, we were not able to make the payment to Bookmundi for the trip. This turned out to be a problem with the bank rather than with Bookmundi. We also received a quick response from Customer Service.

Overall booking is simple and straightforward. I do have one problem I could not solve. I have credit from previous trips that I was told I can use for future bookings. However, I couldn’t find the place to put in the code so I can use my credit. If you can make this easier, it will be better. Thanks

I am very pleased with the service Bookmundi provided me with. Vietnam is a beautiful place, yet due to Covid, their border was closed and just recently opened in March. Finding a guided tour was difficult at this time, and Bookundi helped me find the perfect trip for my specific needs. They answered all my questions promptly.

Excellent customer service, responsive and always ready to assist with the booking process. Will happily return again for booking another tour. We were impressed with the variety of tours on offer and destinations at competitive prices. Communication was excellent and easy to use booking system.

I had a complaint about the website and booking discount, which I pointed out. Checking today, I see that it has been fixed. Otherwise, the booking process and follow-up with Customer Service have been very good. I'm looking forward to the trip.

We had an overall pleasant experience with this company despite the unfortunate circumstances of covid19. I will say of note that our main point of contact, Sarah, was very responsive and didn’t make us wait long when we had asked a question, which was helpful. Back in January 2020, we booked a trek in Nepal for four people. Due to the outbreak of Covid, the tour operator in Nepal contacted us directly to inform us they were cancelling the tour and Nepal was not allowing non-citizens to enter. Bookmundi worked with us to help us partially refund our deposit, and also offered us to keep the deposit on hold and rebook a tour through 2022 (which was not an option for us, so we declined). Overall, we had a pleasant experience with bookmundi and would recommend booking with them if you prefer the peace of mind of having your tour lined up in advance, with the downside of potentially having to postpone your tour, if the tour gets cancelled because of COVID-19.

When booking online there was only one tour time (that was incorrect) to choose from. When in fact there were three different tour times. The company quickly reached out to have me select a time. Other than this there has not been any problems. I have had many questions regarding the tours and the company has gotten back to me extremely quickly with answers to my many questions!!!
