“Dear Bookmundi, Booking Reference D6NyFWtw7 I have booked a day tour (Budapest to Vienna One Day Tour) on Monday, 27 May, 2019 (Booking Reference D6NyFWtw7). But I requested a change of date to Sunday, 26 May, 2019. This request was promptly acknowldged and carried out and new booking information have been sent to me by email. I now greatly appreciate your prompt service, which is very good. I also wish to have your contact tel. in Busapest to liaise about pick up times at Hotel. “First, booking an adventure online and payments were all as easy as it could get. And then, all communication and information flow from Bookmundi staff were very efficient and timely. The staff extended their help with effect and courteously with all questions we had. Given our first-hand experience now and the deals we see offered, we sure will first look at Bookmundi's website before we book our future adventures.”

“Very prompt communication from the Bookmundi team. I booked an Intrepid tour through Bookmundi and was hoping to make some changes to when I joined the tour. “I have been emailing with Anna with regards to a tour in Indonesia I'm interested in, Volcanoes and temples. I had many questions, regarding the number of people booked in already, how to make a payment and what happens if I book it and then the tour doesn't start for lack of people. Anna has been super patient and extremely quick in finding out the inf I needed and responding to me. I'm now just waiting for a couple more people to book the tour and then I'll book it myself. Being a female solo traveller I had several safety concerns but Anna has been clear and exhaustive. Great customer service!”

Hi Marinus, First of all, sorry to hear that you've not been happy with our response times. It seems you have called and written to us in between our opening hours, unfortunately. You will of course be reimbursed in full. Our customer service team has already applied a full refund. “My friend and I booked a trip to Poland, and the customer service reps at Bookmundi were extremely helpful and courteous. We had some issues with guaranteed departures, but they worked with us to make sure we were satisfied, eventually suggesting another trip that suited us just fine. We leave in 73 days!”
