“Very prompt communication from the Bookmundi team. I booked an Intrepid tour through Bookmundi and was hoping to make some changes to when I joined the tour. Bookmundi arranged it with Intrepid and kept me updated throughout. Amazing trip with an amazingly well-communicated booking process. Thanks!”

“I have been emailing with Anna with regards to a tour in Indonesia I'm interested in, Volcanoes and temples. I had many questions, regarding the number of people booked in already, how to make a payment and what happens if I book it and then the tour doesn't start for lack of people. Anna has been super patient and extremely quick in finding out the inf I needed and responding to me. I'm now just waiting for a couple more people to book the tour and then I'll book it myself. Being a female solo traveller I had several safety concerns but Anna has been clear and exhaustive. Great customer service!”

Hi Marinus, First of all, sorry to hear that you've not been happy with our response times. It seems you have called and written to us in between our opening hours, unfortunately. You will of course be reimbursed in full. Our customer service team has already applied a full refund. “My friend and I booked a trip to Poland, and the customer service reps at Bookmundi were extremely helpful and courteous. We had some issues with guaranteed departures, but they worked with us to make sure we were satisfied, eventually suggesting another trip that suited us just fine. We leave in 73 days!”

“It was a sincere pleasure working with Emma and the Bookmundi team. They were more than accommodating for me and my family and our ever changing travel plans. Emma continued to be patient with us and assured we would get the itinerary and travel package for the cost quoted. Not only was it the most reasonable, but it was exactly what we were quoted. I definitely will plan on using Bookmundi again when I travel abroad.”
