First of all, sorry to hear that you've not been happy with our response times. It seems you have called and written to us in between our opening hours, unfortunately. You will of course be reimbursed in full. Our customer service team has already applied a full refund. Generally, we always respond to enquiries within 24 hours (and we of course also always pick up phone calls during opening hours).
