“On the Booking Confirmation it said pick up from Dubai although I chose pick up from Ras al Khamai, the Booking Clerk was fast and professional on contacting the Agent about Pick up and all was resolved.

“It was an amazing experience. The car arrived promptly at my hotel (add-on), and we arrived at the airport early. Make sure to bring your passport with you! We had to wait for another 2 hours to fly due to visibility issues and the fact that there were VIP delegates from the Asia Pacific Summit flying out from the airport. I understand that this wasn't the fault of the company nor the airlines. After that hiccup, we were on our way to see the magnificent Himalayan mountains, and of course, the towering Mt. Everest. It was a beautiful and clear day when we reached cruising altitude. We had an amazing view of the mountains, and we were even invited to check out the view from the cockpit. I highly recommend this one-of-a-kind experience when in Kathmandu! Something you shouldn't miss!”
