“Very quick at responding to queries, as Bookmundi operates with sister companies in e.g. Namibia where response times might vary. This enables the customer to feel reassured about confirmed bookings. I'm strongly considering using Bookmundi again for further tours on our trip, and have already recommended them to Danish friends, as I believe there is an office in Denmark.”

“I booked the Tsingy and Morondava Explorer in Madagascar for next month through Bookmundi. The price was unbeatable and the customer service was very satisfying. “I booked my tour really late. Every tour company I found was already sold out but Bookmundi kept great contact and as soon as an available spot came up they conacted me. They have been wonderful!”
