“Service was good. We were assigned a travel expert same day as our inquiry. The travel expert, Ms Hien, ensured that the proposed tour package aligned with our desires. She was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Tour package pricing was reasonable. Payment was easily accomplished through Bookmundi website.”

“I am very happy with Bookmundi customer service and Mr. Tomaz Martinek, the tour organiser. Customer service team has helped me to communicate with Mr. Tomaz when I had problems via the emails. Mr. Tomaz is also a very professional tour expert that gives very good advice on the tour plans, taking in consideration the safety and comfort of my children who will be travelling with me. He is also very patient in answering all my questions of which I appreciate very much. I would highly recommend Bookmundi to all that wish to plan a trip to Switzerland to suit your family needs.”

“We have not yet taken our trip to Cambodia, but so far communication has been excellent between us and our local travel agent Hien Do who has been attentive and made changes to the itinerary as requested. The booking process is very easy. All is good so far!”
