“The company are attentive to the customer and have been able to sort my booking out with ease as I had to move dates due to unforseen circumstances. Great customers service. Very friendly too. 5/5”

“I've reached out having questions about a variety of things regarding my booking, and have always heard back from customer service within one day of my request through email. They're always very informative in terms of information I need to provide as well as being kind. I would highly recommend reaching out to the customer service team via email for any questions you have.”

“I can't say enough about working with the travel agency with whom Bookmundi connected me! I was so overwhelmed with trying to plan the details of a 16-day trip with my family. Even trying to find a reputable travel agency that had intimate knowledge of my destinations had me stressed and with my mind spinning. Once Bookmundi connected me with the travel agencies in my destinations, I was quickly relieved that I was in great hands. Alican with Sunnova Travel was an excellent communicator who understood every concern and/or request I had with ease and made adjustments to create the perfect custom tour for our family. He had many recommendations that aligned with our interests and knows the destination incredibly well. I have zero doubt that we are going to have a low stress, highly enjoyable time in Turkey thanks to Sunnova Travel and Bookmundi!”

“Created what I consider to be the perfect itinerary. I do considerable research about places & things I want to see & do during my travels, & I send the list to several agencies. Other than Bookmundi, all I got back were off-the-shelf tours. Bookmundi has provided me with a driver who will cover nearly all of the items on my list, & I will be able to stay for as long or short a time as I want. Perfect!”
