“I am not a BookPal member. I used the service to purchase a signed copy of a book as that was the option the author chose. Their timeframes were accurate and the book arrived in very good condition.”

“Simple. Straight forward. Easy to deal with. I got a call from Customer Service because my mailing address was incomplete. The person I spoke with was personable, professional, and friendly. Impressive. BookPal kept me informed on the progress of my order and let me know when it arrived (I live in a large apartment building and packages are delivered to the front desk).”

“Shipped to the billing address, not shipping address. Failed to inform me when one of my books wasn’t shipped. Instead, I had to call twice to find out why my shipment lacked a book.”

“We ordered 51 books for a class. Karlyn Hixson provided superior support in coordinating the best deal with the author. The two cases of books were each in a double carton with packing so the books arrived in excellent condition and earlier than promised. Additionally Karlyn helped work out the sales tax refund. I wish every publisher I work with would be so hands-on and personable. Truly Excellent Service Experience!”

“Took too long for delivery If, we were in Vietnam- all of us would have been put in "harms way". Use 'Common Sense' next time. Your parents would not like this report card!”
