Boots sent out the wrong product x 2 - the order arrived in a damaged box, agreed by the delivery driver. Boots 'Customer Care' - now there's a misnomer - don't want to know - even telling me at one point it was my mistake, I had ordered the wrong product - I hadn't - they keep telling me to take the items back to the shop !! Boots have made the mistake - why on earth should the customer have to make all the effort to put it right ?! Boots - you really need to have a more professional attitude.

I purchased some items at Heathrow airport in the boots store and was not given a sealed bag to travel with to place my items into, when I got to Bangkok airport I had my items confiscated which was very upsetting as I needed these items for my holiday. I sent Boots an email who said it wasn’t up to them to provide a Sealed bag ! Really then who is it up to ? shocking service , I won’t be buying my products from them in future as they should at least put there hands up to saying a sealed bag SHOULD have been given to me at the time of my purchase at an airport not just dismissing me really shocking.

I am giving one star because there is no zero star! Boots customer service is the worst ever! I have called previously when they did not refund my money for an order and it took God knows how long to refund my money, as a matter of fact they did not cancel it on their end for the bank to refund me! They cancelled an order once and did not give me a tangible reason why my order was cancelled. The customer care blatantly told me ‘Sorry I don’t know’. Now I made a click and collect order and one item is missing, I called them, and the lady said she can only refund or send to store. Is that all you can do?? You want me to go all the way to the store again??? ‘I’m sorry that’s all I can do’ no remorse, nothing! I have had it with boots! They act like they don’t need customers! So pissed!

Will never use boots click and collect or nore will I order online. Should of used amazon in the first place.

Extremely disappointed Boots Pharmacy is just the worst. I went today to Boots Ventura Park in Tamworth to ask some questions about a certain medication. My uncle from Romania really needs it and it can’t be found there anymore. The pharmacist told me they have it. I asked if I need a prescription and if I could use one, sent by my uncle’s doctor and I would pay for it. She said that is not possible. I asked if, there is anything I could do just to try and get the medicine and help him, maybe with the help of my GP. She answered sarcastically ‘Are you a doctor? ’. I was stunned, so I left. All this happened after a40-45 minutes wait. I will never use the Boots Pharmacy again, as every time I do, I have a bad experience there.

Just had a major operation so cant go out or drive, made an order online they sent it to the completely wrong address and when I contacted them I was told it was my fault that I had entered the address I hadn't I have the confirmation email stating it will be delivered to my address, the first man called me a liar I forwarded an email, surprise they didn't get it !! I screen shot and sent it and they still haven't contacted me, I am so disgusted I have no money now no products and they could care less !!!!!!

Your shop in 22-28 market square Knaresborough.my one4all card would not work.they said offer 8 go your card machine would not work so l had to pay cash. Not happy

Jumped-up, young, aggressive pharmacist seemed intent to make money out of a normal transaction by giving wrong advice and trying to escalate a very average proble. Was completely rude and unpleasant to boot. Boot? Hmmm yes

Went in for a spray to treat minor outer-ear infections. Bossy pharmacist told me I needed to see a doctor. Said (erroneously) that all sprays and drops were only for waxy/blocked ears. When I asked if I could buy the required spray over the counter, she insisted and repeated herself. When I repeated and insisted, she picked up the product then had a silent bossy fit, and completed the transaction with no pleases nor thank yous. Looked at instructions on spray box confirming it was for the intended use. Guess what? Using it and it's working. No need to see my overburdened practice docs.

They gave me a voucher to enter a competition. When you enter the competition it signs you up to a company called slimline and tries to change your internet page! No mention of a competition what are they up to?

I ordered a perfume from the store called Versace Dylan Blue as it came with a free Versace bag. I waited until the date of arrival and it hadn't arrived. The tracking information hadn't updated either. I contacted boots and they said that due to snow, my order was backlogged. This is understandable and they said that if the order didn't arrive within 48 hours, they'd send it out again. When asked about the bag, they said it was subject to availability. I later emailed them saying that if they couldn't send the bag with the perfume (if they had to send another order out), I'd like my order to be cancelled. The next day, I received a response from them. They said that they will be resending the perfume out to me as hermes had lost my order. They cancelled my original order and made a new one. However, the new order didn't have the bag included. I checked on the website and it said that the bag was still available. I called them and explained the situation. They had actually ran out of bags from the very start when I made my first order and will be sending out the order anyway with just the perfume even though I specified that I did not want the order if the bag wasn't included. They clearly hadn't read my email properly and hadn't updated the website with the correct information. They also gave me 200 boots advantage points as a goodwill gesture. Thats £2 of points for a mistake costing me £74 and refunding it to the store will cost £3 for a bus pass anyway. I am extremely disappointed with how they dealt with this order. I have lost money from this mistake and do not recommend ordering from them. This was my first order with boots and I have never dealt with such an awful delivery. Their compensation that they gave me was assuming that I'd shop at boots again which is now questionable.

Repeat prescription not ordered by them, second time I’ve had this problem even though they sold me their enhanced (lol) service. Time to move on to a standard service from someone else, will not use again, rubbish.

While some staff are friendly and helpfull and often some phatmacists, I find that everytime I get a pharmacist whi is from another culture, they are rude and act in a very sexist manner towards me. They appear to make up rules, but say as an excuse ''it's the law.' Or 'Our Policy'. When I check this out with the regulat pharmacist when the are on. They tell me the opposit?

Shocking, overpriced company selling products all available elsewhere much cheaper. Here in Dover their store is dead opposite a Savers store selling anything Boots sell much cheaper. Boots however seem not to mind. How odd isn't it.

Had an issue with an order that I collected from store ,Sent 7 emails and 2 facebook messages after 3 weeks I get a facebook reply only to find they have not listened to a word I said .

romford boot @ brewery shopping mall. the lady at till scanned one item twice and on asking for correction she get mad. i had to pay the amount twice. even customer service on phone was unable to help. this is a good way to make money assign some rude women to till and earn money. good going boots.

I cannot believe that a company such as boots does not have this facility to use a gift card. It must be one of the few company's if not the only one. It defeats the purpose if I have to go to a shop to place an Internet order. As a previous review said Boots Keep up with the times........

Boots are a complete con. They give you offers of products but if you purchase more than four or five different products that are all on offer they cancel your order without a valid explanation. When you contact them for a reason they say they are unable to disclose the information but that you have failed an authentication check. The young girl I spoke to was very arrogant and short and had no clue about customer care and little communication skills. In a nutshell, they don't want your order to be more than a few items on special offer. They put their products on deals to bring in the potential buyers and when you have spent so long trying to sort the problem out most will probably just purchase alternative items that are not on offer. Just look at their feedback. I will not be visiting Boots again and my advice is to do the same. There are many other retailers offering the same products at decent prices who won't give you the stress and hassle you get from shopping with Boots.

What an experience I had today in boots in Birkenhead today I understand some people have the Monday blues But to get two ladies not giving good polite customer service. I asef a young girl who was pregnant could she help me find my replacement foundation I showed her my last one ad she took it off me there was no verbal contact with me not even when she gave me the one I wanted I was made to feel as her task was more important than mysef ...a paying customer. ..when I went to the till. Again no smile or chat ...I know there are some new staff there ...if looks as if they are not happy in there work place ..reason I don't know .there are plenty of people who would like a job who give better service. .....this is my local store as I work in Birkenhead and also work in a store. Am not a happy shopper
