Boots click and collect - will never use this service again. I received damaged goods and it took them 3 weeks and 3 emails to advise me that i can return the goods back to store. Thanks it was cheap product, the fuel will cost me more to go back. I never used and not going to use your poor service again.

I am a frequent visitor to the Boots branch in the County Mall, Crawley. I have also worked in the company before and had nothing but a pleasant experience. I go in there to purchase food for my lunch as I am busy running a shop of my own. The self service checkouts are always having problems whether it be software or customer made. Every time I go in there is a problem with the self service machines, I join the line and wait for a staff member to come and sort them out so people can carry on using them. It's always a struggle to get any staff member to help and there are always so many staff pottering around. Today just took the biscuit. Waiting in line yet again and all 3 self service machines were out. One woman waiting on one and the other 2 empty but with error messages. There was one staff member on till ringing his bell continuously the whole time I was there, nobody came. I might add on my way in I see about 7/8 staff members not doing a whole lot and some even chatting amongst themselves. After about 10 minutes I dropped my stuff back and went to Gregg's to get my food. In and out in a couple minutes. On my way back I see that the machines are still all not working and no sign of any staff members to help. They need a serious chat about customer service. Lost a sale and many more before I consider going back in. What's the point in all of the staff members if none of them help out? What's the point in the till bells if no-one answers them?

Booked an appointment to get my vaccination done at the Piccadilly branch. Got to the store on time, the guy behind the til made me wait for half an hour citing the doctor is with someone else. When I finally saw the doctor she told me she was only informed of my arrival 2mins ago so nobody actually told her I was waiting. No apologies from the guy either...Extremely unprofessional

Bought 2 meal deals at Manchester airport on 29th October. Both included your Chicken salad gluten free sandwiches. I wonder if anybody in Boots has ever tried one of these sandwiches. Shared one with my wife. To say it was disgusting is an understatement. The bread tasted awful, the chicken absolutely tasteless. Neither of us were able to finish our half sandwich and the second one was binned. We travel a lot and often buy sandwiches from Boots at the airport and all have been excellent ..... apart from this. Go on Boots, try one and see what you think ....

Yesterday being Monday the 22 October 2018 I visited the boots opticians in Bognor Regis. While there I witnessed the worst customer relations that anyone could expect to encounter. The Manageress there who I saw on her tag named as Laura was rude and arguing loudly and openly for everyone there to hear. She was a complete disgrace to Boots which is suppose to be a very good reputable company. They lost trade from me that day when I was going to purchase both glasses and contact lenses. As long as that manager is in that store I should advise all to avoid it. On the way out I heard two staff in the shop shake their heads and say here we go again...… Obviously its a normal event for them...So come on Senior management sort out this store please,,,,the Opticians ran by this manager is a complete disgrace.

Shocking customer service. I asked to speak to someone in complaints after being messed around with my order - I was told there is no complaints team so i asked to speak to a manager at which point I was put on hold and no one came back to me. This is not how to treat your customers to ensure they are loyal to you. Please contact me ASAP

I have had problems with my glasses from Boots, since I bought them at the Tewkesbury branch about a year ago. The lenses in the first glasses were wrongly fitted which meant my distance vision was blurred. After trying to adjust them to fit staff at the store eventually decided on a remake. I wasn't happy with these glasses because they didn't feel right and the reading area of the varifocal lenses is too far down the lens. I was made to feel like a "problem" customer so I decided to take them in the hope they would bed in......they haven't! Boots failed in every aspect of the glasses fitting process and the customer service was among the worst I have ever experienced. They should have persisted until they got it right. I would certainly NOT recommend.

My local Boots misread my prescription today and told me that my local medical centre had told them I was not allowed to have the prescription. On visiting Boots to find out why their was a delay in getting my prescription and after a long time checking records, the pharmacy admitted that they had misread my doctors prescription (it was printed). They thought it was for a medicine I had been prescribed earlier in the year and that they had not heard of this newly prescribed medicine. This new medicine is for a heart condition. On being told that I could not have the drug I contacted my cardiology consultant to check that my prescription was correct. Tomorrow I will have to call his secretary again to say that the problem after all was not at the hospital end or my local medical centre, but solely caused by Boots. This seems like a stunningly poor and potentially dangerous service by Boots and a waste of valuable NHS time. It also caused me considerable stress and anxiety. Boots did apologise but only after I insisted they keep checking their paperwork. It all looked quite chaotic.

TOTALLY exasperated by the incompetence & extremely poor customer service I have received from Boots.com.... Ordered 2 each of 3 items online as my local store doesn't stock 1 of the items (a Boots own brand item!) & always has poor stock levels of the other 2 items. 1 item was on a buy 1 get 1 half price. After my order was despatched I was sent an email to say they'd only sent 1 of the on offer item (I was therefore refunded the difference). I went to my local store to collect the other 5 items to find only 1 had been sent 😕 The assistant very kindly contacted Boots.com on my behalf & I was assured that the other items had been reordered & would be on their way. I went a 2nd time to collect said order to find Boots.com had sent the same 1 item I had received the previous time 😟 Once again the assistant contacted Boots.com & asked them to reorder the missing items & also asked them to confirm 3, yes 3, times what items they were sending. Problem solved....you'd think so right?!? I received an email confirming despatch of only 2 of the missing 4 items!!! 😡 By this point I am seriously hacked off. I contact Boots.com myself & am told they might not be able to reorder the missing items as I've already had 2 reorders against my original order....Yes, I have!! But only through the complete incompetence of Boots.com staff!!! 🤬🤬 The reorder did go through. Today I have eventually received all of my order after having to order them 4 times & 3 trips into my local store!*?#@$! How difficult is it....I would hazard a guess at 'not at all!!' I DON'T recommend Boots.com & I very much doubt I'll use them again

I went there to buy sunglasses with prescription but the assistant was clearly not inclined to any customer service. She did not anything to understand my needs but the opposite she sent me away in a very bad and frustrated mood. This was the Oxford Street branch the big one closed to Bond Street . Don't go there.

My order was cancelled and when I asked them for the reason they were not able to tell why!!! I guess its because they were offering 21points for spent £1. So they make point offers but don't give them cancelling orders. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have placed an online order of £231.10 "order 264375644" on Thursday 30th August 2018, because I would be saving £72.97. Order went through and the money wad debited from my bank account. However few minutes later I received an email confirming that the order has been cancelled and I will not be charged. At that time I thought that I might have not had sufficient fund on the account (although I made sure I did have the right amount in my bank account), therefore I placed another order from a different bank account "order 264783090". The same thing happed again where I received an email from Boots stating that the order has been cancelled and I won't be charged again. This order wasn't for me as it was for a friend of mine who lives abroad and she sent the money to purchase those products and take it to her the following week when I go to see her. I have spoken to my bank after checking that I didn't have the two funds in my account. They have informed me that's because its bending from Boots side. When I spoke to Boots they have informed by their customer manager "Depa" that's if it was him and not one of their staff pretending to be a manager!!! hat I will get fund paid back to my account two days later on Saturday the 1st September 2018. As I expected that was a lie and I haven't received the amount of £4462.20 as I had been assured by Depa. I have contacted my bank and been instructed what to request from Boots by sending me another email with a full order details so the bank can stop that transaction. I did call Boots back twice to dispute the order and service and everytime I spoke to their customer service team none of them wanted to co-operate at all and were very arrogant and rude. So now I have to fly in couple of days to see my friend without taking the products to her; however I will have to take the amount of £462.20 from my own account and give it back to her which makes me short of this fund. I have spoken to one Boots staff at the store and been informed that I wasn't the first person who complain about their customer service team. This is a horrendous experience and Boots needs to get their acts right, because if they don't sort this situation out me or another customer who's been in my situation will take a legal action against them very soon. This is a horrendous experience and Boots need to get their acts right before they get named & shamed for their horrific customer service. My argument is not against the store staff as they work extremely hard and provide an outstanding service but against their their online team and the customer service team and managers.

cancellation policy is awful. Ordered an item at 11am. wanted to cancel the order 30 minutes later. Even though the order is still pending they refuse to cancel the order informing me to wait until the order is delivered and then return to store. How does that even make sense?
