While some staff are friendly and helpfull and often some phatmacists, I find that everytime I get a pharmacist whi is from another culture, they are rude and act in a very sexist manner towards me. They appear to make up rules, but say as an excuse ''it's the law.' Or 'Our Policy'. When I check this out with the regulat pharmacist when the are on. They tell me the opposit?

Shocking, overpriced company selling products all available elsewhere much cheaper. Here in Dover their store is dead opposite a Savers store selling anything Boots sell much cheaper. Boots however seem not to mind. How odd isn't it.

Had an issue with an order that I collected from store ,Sent 7 emails and 2 facebook messages after 3 weeks I get a facebook reply only to find they have not listened to a word I said .

romford boot @ brewery shopping mall. the lady at till scanned one item twice and on asking for correction she get mad. i had to pay the amount twice. even customer service on phone was unable to help. this is a good way to make money assign some rude women to till and earn money. good going boots.

I cannot believe that a company such as boots does not have this facility to use a gift card. It must be one of the few company's if not the only one. It defeats the purpose if I have to go to a shop to place an Internet order. As a previous review said Boots Keep up with the times........

Boots are a complete con. They give you offers of products but if you purchase more than four or five different products that are all on offer they cancel your order without a valid explanation. When you contact them for a reason they say they are unable to disclose the information but that you have failed an authentication check. The young girl I spoke to was very arrogant and short and had no clue about customer care and little communication skills. In a nutshell, they don't want your order to be more than a few items on special offer. They put their products on deals to bring in the potential buyers and when you have spent so long trying to sort the problem out most will probably just purchase alternative items that are not on offer. Just look at their feedback. I will not be visiting Boots again and my advice is to do the same. There are many other retailers offering the same products at decent prices who won't give you the stress and hassle you get from shopping with Boots.

What an experience I had today in boots in Birkenhead today I understand some people have the Monday blues But to get two ladies not giving good polite customer service. I asef a young girl who was pregnant could she help me find my replacement foundation I showed her my last one ad she took it off me there was no verbal contact with me not even when she gave me the one I wanted I was made to feel as her task was more important than mysef ...a paying customer. ..when I went to the till. Again no smile or chat ...I know there are some new staff there ...if looks as if they are not happy in there work place ..reason I don't know .there are plenty of people who would like a job who give better service. .....this is my local store as I work in Birkenhead and also work in a store. Am not a happy shopper

Since the first day of the sales, boots has had many items up on their website as being on sales. I've check online and nothing is stock, called by phone and sent on a wild goose chase to different branches, after being told stores had the items in stock, to find on arrival, there were not. Eventually complained to the manager at Liverpool Street station branch, to tell me the warehouse does not even have the items. I am truly disappointed in Boots, as this is false advertisement and should not be allowed. Boots puts things on their website which they no they do not have in stock, know customers will go to the stores to purchase the items which are not in stock and instead buy something else. Shame on you Boots, you should be under investigation.

Pity they run a misleading advert for their Dual Defence nasal spray. After being told to remove the previous ad because it incorrectly claimed to stop people getting a cold (rather than simply to reduce symptoms), they now use a picture of people in space helmets smiling next to another person sneezing - clearly implying the same discredited message that the product actually stops you catching things. I'd expect better from a retailer of medicines.

I placed my perfumes order on 20th of December which was expected on 22nd for store collection I visited store several times but order not arrived yet it’s 5th of January today still waiting for my order emailed them several times and kept calling but no gain.today I opened a case in PayPal resolution centre as I paid by PayPal.worst customer service

I placed an order online on the 19.12.17 for some perfume for a christmas present due in local store on 21.12.17. It has never arrived and it is now the 05.01.18 and I have still not received it. I have made numerous calls to customer services and everytime I am told a different answer and it is never resolved. The annoying thing is the item was actually in stock in store. I asked if I could just have the one in store and then they keep the one delivered for me. I was told this is not possible by customer service, yet that is what I am been told now!! I have emailed a complaint and I have still not received a reply or any correspondence to let me know of any delay. This is even though my email is on my record but still no reply. God knows how this will end but I will never use bootsonline again. Worst service I have ever received.

Shocking!! Bought some Christmas gifts (marked up with little present boxes) in November. One of them was unsuitable and have just found out that, unlike many other retailers, they do not extend their returns policy for Christmas! This basically means anything bought 35 days before Christmas CANNOT be refunded!! Will definitely never be buying any Christmas gifts from them ever again!!

Shopped in your westbromwich store 28th dec, store quiet, when found what I looking approached the counter to pay but a member of staff chose to ignore me even though she made eye contact tact twice(RUDE!!) she didn’t hv a name badge on. Obviously thought her job tidying shelf’s was more important to serve myself so she shouted someone out of the dispensary to serve me even though she was to the right of me. Needs a lesson in manners!!!!

My husband bought a present parfume jadore dior for me from boots in romford and when i opened a box at home there was Fake parfume i use this parfume for 2 years so i was sure the bottle wasnt right we take it back and management accused us that we changed the bottle and advised us next time when we buy present from boots we should open the box straightaway in the boot 😡 i called customer service they said they call us back and ghey didn't .in the present box there was a little sample box so i bought it for 94 pounds

Bought a few expensive procucts to come in time for Christmas, they never came in time, when they did the order was incomplete, the product that did arrive was damaged. Boots were not very good at doong anything about it. The options I was given would have caused me a lot of inconvenience. I would avoid buying online products from Boots as it caused a lot of disapointment, inconvenience and a loss of money for me.

Online is not designed to support massive sales likes Christmas or any other sales. Allows you to spend hours picking your items and when it come to checkout, SQL error. I feel I wasted my valuable time shopping at their site. Lesson learned, never shop with them. 400 quid worth of items, I feel, I have saved this money.

Very bad customer service in commercial road boots pharmacy near shadwell.I never get like this experience from boots. rude , never caring customer ,they don’t care customer this ridiculous, I never support this bad people. So boots your another shops are everything nice .

Not happy at all with Boots. Ordered some smashbox foundation online for next day delivery and it didn't turn up. DPD said they hadn't received it from boots, phoned boots and they told me to go to my local store to buy it and they had it in stock, walked 2 miles only to find out that was not the case. 4 days later I was just issued a refund, no explanation other that there wasn't ever any foundation in stock even though they processed the order and said it had 'left the warehouse' a few hours later. Completely messed around and now no time to order elsewhere in time for Christmas.
