Bought a Gemini joytab 10" tablet from box: First one arrived in a tatty box and the unit inside was scratched, dented and missing all accessories. Second one was still not new (even though I paid extra for the one not marked as refurbished) (Please also do not waste your money on the screen protector as it doesn't fit, different dimensions and camera hole is in the wrong place.) To cut a long story of roughly 8 weeks short the following happened: This unit lasted approximately 3 months and wouldn't turn on. Was told I could only have a partial refund as it would have to have the same fault three times to warrant a refund. Returning this item this many times would cost more than the tablet is worth! After waiting a week with no correspondence from box I emailed in to complain and was emailed back telling me I had refused delivery of the replacement that they had not told me they were sending and I had 24 hours to remove the item from their premises or it will be destroyed. I emailed the CEO of the firm asking if this was acceptable customer service and was finally referred to someone with some form of customer service skills. I was told the best I could have was a replacement tablet, I agreed that I would accept this as long as the item was 100% new as per the item I ordered. I waited another week to receive a response saying "we have issued you a refund as there are no units available that meet this specification" which is what I asked for in the first place. I then received an email asking me to send back some of the refund amount as they had refunded too much. I nearly fell off my seat as they even managed to mess the refund up! So I would not advise using this site, the worst tablet I've ever used, the worst customer service I've ever experienced and it took me roughly ten weeks and 20 emails to resolve the situation.

I bought 2 sets of Devolo1579 dLan200AVplus in November I No 715605. One of the units developed a fault and as instructed I returned it to you, the receipt of which you duly confirmed RMA R56274 and was told I would hear from you in 7 days. NO REPLY after 3weeks sent email 31 Jan again NO REPLY. Further email20 Feb still NO REPLY. It is a low value item but nevertheless I am sure you will agree that the the total lack of service is appalling. Under these circumstances I would not be able to recommend you as a supplier of equipment should I be asked. I do hope that even at this late stage you will be able to redeem the situation. Tablet did not work well. Kept crashing and restarting. Sent it back and was reviewed as faulty. However, got a refund at the end so thank you.

What can I say? After waiting days and days for this mouse ????, it finally arrived and boy ???? was I disappointed ????. It just doesn't work, full stop. Didn't work with my surfaces tablet or laptop. Completely useless. Worst product I have ever bought. Threw it in bin. Might as well have thrown my money in bin. Instructions are not clear and contain grammatical errors. Buy at your own risk. Didn't even bother asking for a refund as I loved in the United Kingdom and it appears it was sent from America.

Three times i sent faulty tablet back for replaecement,only for same broken tablet to come back.will not use again !

I ordered 2 Damson Twists. Box sent me 1 Damson Twist and 1 soiled empty box. Then refused to do anything saying I should have refused delivery. I could feel 2 boxes in the package which was rolled. Once unrolled and opened there was a hole in the bottom of the bag-(not big enough for 1 of the boxes to pass through mind. Box say as the package was damaged I should have refused delivery!! Thing is it was very carefully rolled and taped to hide the hole. Like I've said the hole was too small for the contents to pass through, so they sent me an empty BOX!!! Total garbage company.

I was told by D-Link that this product would work with my existing set up ( I was already using a D-link product), but it didn't. D-Link Support non existent, instructions poor and/or contradictory,. In the end I gave up and disposed of it.

Item worked for about a month, then developed an intermittent fault. Sometimes it doesn't turn on, sometimes it only turns on when the battery is allowed to drain, and sometimes it works fine. It is also painfully slow (even reading apps cause it to hiccup) but I expected that at the price. I hadn't kept a copy of the receipt, which only arrived as an email, and Box.com doesn't appear to have a record of my existence, so I couldn't get any help from them. I tried contacting the manufacturer but they differentiate between "hardware faults" (free to fix) and "mechanical damage" (I'd have to pay an unspecified amount). Given the cost of posting the thing to and fro, I decided to chalk it down to experience and use a local shop in the future.

Amazing that i was asked to review by Box! Their systems are hopeless! Bought an tablet (Joytab 9.7") on e-bay which was returned for mainly wi-fi faults 3 times. It was exchanged once for an unupdateable machine. But that stopped working too. Box kept stating warranty ran from original date rather than exchange date. They refused to refund. I warned them I would & I then did issue proceedings in the District Court. On the last date for defence, they refunded me in full. Very difficult to deal with, so if you worry if something might go wrong, beware!

The box sent promptly and arrived quickly the item worked for about 3 months and then gave up and will not switch back on as i live out side uk it is to expensive to send back to the box to have them have a look at it as it wasn't very expensive.

I am a dedicated online buyer of almost everything - and have been for many years. Usually the service is superb but there are the occasional glitches. I ran into Box.co.uk via Play.com (that had been a wonderful place). Box.co.uk has given me quite the worst customer experience possible – absolutely the worst imaginable – just go anywhere else.

Waste of time. Product never booted up. Should have been tested before it was dispatched. Was made to feel like it was my fault when I asked for my money back. Wouldn't deal with them again.
