Perhaps you may wish to feedback my views regarding Box to the relevant person/s to improve your services. On opening the package and examining the item I had purchased from box, I was confronted with sometihng contrary to what I had ordered. I was to say the least annoyed and frustrated at this obvious mistake in the Box ordering system. To confirm matters, my delivery note did identify properly the item I had ordered and indeed the box had a bar code and label stuck on the side clearly stating that it was the correct part. However, the picture on the box identified it as something completely different. Totally confused, I opened the box to see if the correct item had actually been placed in the box despite the picture being different. I am sad to say that it proved not to be the long awaited radio panel that I wanted. My subsequent contact with Box by phone was not a rewarding experience either. Needless to say, following the return of the item in question, I will be shopping elsewhere for my goods.

My 1st experience with Box.UK and so far the worst experience i have ever had with a online store. Purchased a PC Case for my next build, it arrived quickly but the side panel was broken, contacted them by mail several times and i get always the same copy / paste message. It seems that no one reads the emails on that returns department. All i need is a left panel replacement for the PC case that i have purchased. How dificult is that to understand. I have sent pictures to show them but always the same answer. QUOTE MESSAGE: i am sorry to hear of the issues you are having with your machine. Please could you advise a weekday when I can send DPD to collect the item from you? Also please advise which address you would like the machine collecting from? Please be advised that collection can take place anytime between 08:00 & 18:00 as we are unable to stipulate a collection time to the courier. Please make sure the item is packaged safely for return so that no damage occurs on the return journey. Kind Regards, END OF QUOTE MESSAGE And off course i have replied to every single of these messages with my address and the day to pickup but no follow ups. I do purchase a lot of items online but so far this has been my worst experience. Nice Prices, fast delivery but if you need after sales support just forget about it

My machine broke after 11 months - the power simply stopped working. I sent the product back extensively wrapped in bubblewrap. Box took 3 weeks from when I told them the machine was broken to tell me that my machine was smashed by their courier - 3 weeks of chasing them and them not replying to me to tell me what was going on. Very suspicious behaviour and terrible customer service - avoid this company at all costs!

So I ordered my MSI, laptop (11 in stock) the website said. Paid for next day delivery. So the next day, funny, no notification either by text or email of order dispatch. So I gave them a call at 1603. They blabbed something about an order issue but it would be sent tonight. At 1617, 15 minutes after speaking to a "customer service assistant" over their no helpline, I received a text telling me to call them as there was an issue with my order. Probably their customer services guys waking up after I had to prompt them I thought, but let's give them a call anyway. After an 8.30 minute 30 second wait and two further phone calls, I finally established from them that they not actually have the stock, contrary to what their website says (and also their Amazon page), due to a "project manager error" and have no idea as to when I shall receive. If they were honest from the start, I'd most likely have said, "OK, just refund postage fees". However I have no time for liars, or those who can't be bothered to explain the truth and fob you off with "I don't know" as if I have Inconveience them by ordering something from their business. Ordered cancelled, let's go somewhere they an even sound slightly interested over the phone! PS, this incident happen only 3 minutes ago.

Nothing on the website says they are closed over the xmas hols. Only found this out by searching Facebook. My laptop was delivered without a power adapter. Got to wait until new year before I can even converse with any body to get a power supply. Took time off work between the hols to set this thing up. Also spent a lot of time on hold today before finding out there's nobody there to even take a call - wasted time and money.

Just wanted to let everyone know, if you think im one of those spammer, your wrong. i bought laptop about more than a month ago, and my laptop started getting black screen and malfunctioning in month, then when i tried to contact them at start, they gives solution such as RMA and they trying to waste my time, so the period of ODA is over 30 days, after i contacting for 2 weeks, it doesnt left me with anything positive, i tried to asked for refund or replacement, i just wasted 2 weeks. Reason i didnt want to repair is because it will take 3-5weeks and i was hoping for replacement, so i can do all my work on right time, i paid 1000 pound for junk that needs to repair after a used of month. im upset with this company and acer peice of junk.

Not a good company for business customers to deal with, steadfastly refuse to re-stock items ordered in error even though untouched. There are plenty of alternatives around so it's up to you. No idea if they're any good with consumers

Purchased satellite broadband from these guys just a tad over 12 months ago and have had no end of problems! Promised upto 20Mb but (if it worked) it was more like (1-2Mb). I made several calls over the 12 month period because of long periods of the system not working at all and I can tell you there customer service is non existent for the satellite side of things and they are clearly taking people's money for something they know nothing about!! I have paid £50 per month and £350 equipment purchase so almost £1000 and feel completely ripped off! On my last call to them they have just told me the equipment has packed in and I need to pay over £200 for replacement kit as wait for it................It has just run out of warranty by a matter of days!!!! Funny that! To add insult to injury I have just had an email saying they have had no logs of my calls over the last 12 months and I am basically making things up! Don't do it! If you do log your calls.

Wouldn't accept back the return of a brand new, still unused item due to the fact that I bought it on my business account rather than a personal payment method which means returns for unwanted or not-fit-for-purpose items are no longer covered by return laws. Be careful you definitely have the right thing ordered if you buy from "Box" or they'll just refuse to take it back!

Although I've read some people complaining about their customer service I decided to give it a try - I hope this message prevents people from making the same mistake. Ordered a new computer with next day delivery. Received it the next day (that was ok) and as soon I switched it on I could spot an issue. Their customer service is only available by email, so all I could do was doing the returning process via email, with usually 1 day between every email answer from their side... Anyway, the process was something like this: I email them asking for a replacement Answer from Box.co.uk asking for pictures (proof) I replied with the proof Box.co.uk asked when I wanted the defective machine to be collected I replied saying asap Box.co.uk arranged the collection for the next day - and they actually collect it on the day they say 5 days between the moment they collected the machine and the moment they acknowledged the recipient of the item (I can't understand why it took them so long to "receive" it) Two more days to test the machine and confirm there was a problem - it took me literally 10 seconds to spot it, it is on the screen, it is impossible to miss and they had a description + pictures of the issue. Box asked when I wanted the new machine. I replied asap... They sent it next day delivery on a Friday (their delivery service doesn't work on Saturdays so, I go it on Monday). So the Monday after I received it, turned it on and (insert suspense music here) it had exactly the same issue, again! Their explanation? I don't know, emailed them, but didn't hear back so far - the usual 1/2 days lag between emails. If at least we were all in the same country and timezone (oh wait, we actually are).

Rubbish Customer Services, Never Buying Again. Bought a laptop and didn't like it. I called them the next day to return it, but they said I can't return it just because I paid with my business card. I clearly told them it was for my wife. Don't buy them from at all. I am not using a laptop and have lost my £570. They should have at least clearly mentioned the terms. Never buying anything from them again.

The website is misleading with no correct information about how to order online and collect in store. No info about when the order will be processed and whether you can collect on weekends. It mentions they have a shop but says nothing about how to order from the shop and pick up the same day. I struggled to get some hard drives on a sat, I had to turn up at the shop to find out it's a separate operation to the website. The contact numbers on the website are also useless, as they do not answer on weekends and there is no number on the site for the shop.

Wrong items sent. Didn't deal with my returned items until I chased them up for a call back! Now telling me new items have been dispatched but DPD tracking telling me order received waiting for item to arrive!

Ordered a samsung 4k desktop monitor on Saturday, for delivery today (on next day delivery) and having not received any notification of confirmed delivery time, and not wanting to waste my day off today (tuesday) waiting for an item that doesn't arrive, I made a quick call to box.co.uk to enquire if all was well and if I should be expecting a delivery today. The lady Ive just had the unfortunate experience of speaking to was so abrupt and rude in response to my very simple enquiry that I most certainly will never order from this company again. This was my first and last order. I saved £35 through this company, that bit is great, but frankly I'd rather have saved less or nothing at all and been spoken to in a way that as a paying customer I deserve. I've not even received my item yet, but i'm thinking this item may even be returned so box.co.uk don't have the priveledge of paying the wages of the imbecile with my money. Vile.

Checked to see if product was in stock, which was confirmed, so ordered the product and paid extra up to 2 day delivery as I required product sharp, I received an email the same day saying my product had been dispatched. One week later and I emailed to see where my order was and received a reply saying there was a stock error and there wont be stock in for 5 days. Poor service and communication as I had to find out for myself that there was a stock error and my product was not infact on it's way to me, poor especially considering I paid extra for quick delivery after being assured the product was in stock. To say the service was disappointing would be extremely generous.
